Abstract

In production operations at PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi, the equipment used in coal getting activities include: 1 Komatsu PC 400 LC-7 digger excavator with a productivity of 165.71 BCM/hour and 11 Hino FM 260 JD dump truck hauler with a productivity of 11.04 BCM/hour O'clock are used in coal-getting activities. The reality in the field is that the productivity of each tool is not maximized due to several factors, one of which is that working time is not used optimally, which affects the EU (Effective Utilization) values of 59% and 54%, which do not meet the expected values. Therefore, an evaluation of the factors that affect productivity was carried out using the Quality Control Circle method, which was then carried out to Improve EU, which was previously low, then increased to 65% and 60% so that the productivity of the digger equipment increased by 182,14 BCM/hour and the productivity of the means of hauler was 12,14 BCM/hour by increasing the number of means of hauler so that the digger equipment and the means of hauler are in harmony. Efforts to increase the work efficiency of tools with good time management and supervision This is done in order to avoid the productivity of the tool not working properly, or it can be said that the tool is not working as it should because time cannot be used properly.

Abstract

Rancangan pre compartement untuk kolam pengendapan lumpur didasarkan pada debit air yang masuk sebesar 0,60 m³/detik yang berasal dari debit pompa sebesar 0,22 m³/detik dan debit air limpasan di sekitar pre compartement sebesar 0,159 m³/detik dan nilai TSS 3489 pada zona inlet. Pre compartement yang dirancang berbentuk limas terpancung dan memiliki 4 kompartemen dengan dimensi, luas 521 m², lebar atas 16 m, panjang atas 32 m, lebar bawah 6 m, panjang bawah 24 m kedalaman 5 m, kemiringan 450, volume kolam 1365 m³. Ada 3 buah penyekat dengan lebar penyekat 3 m, dan panjang penyekat 29 m. Untuk waktu maintenance pre compartement akan dibersihkan dari material yang mengendap dengan menggunakan alat excavator pc 200-8, setiap kompartemen memiliki waktu maintenance yang berbeda-beda kompartemen pertama 24 hari, kompartemen kedua 138 hari, kompartemen ketiga 809 hari, dan kompartemen keempat 4742 hari. Berdasarkan rancangan pre compartement tersebut waktu pengendapan menggunakan perhitungan hukum stokes di dapatkan waktu pengendapan sebesar 25 menit dan kecepatan aliran debit air di dalam kolam sebesar 121 menit, sehingga rancangan pre compartement bisa diterapkan pada Settling pond baru Pit 14 Asteng PT Arutmin Indonesia dengan waktu perawatan yang efektif berdasarkan presentase pengendapan pertikel padatan yang berhasil diendapkan.
