<![CDATA[This study aims to: determine and analize the determination of cost of production (HPP) at Trend Milk Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar. The sample used in this study is data and information on the production costs of MSME trend milk in 2021 at MSME trend milk. Data collection techniques use are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. This technique begins by collecting the required data in the from of data and cost information as well as other supporting evidence, conducting interviews whit the owner or business owner, noting the basic elements related to the method of determining the cost of production, processing the results of interviews, and data obtained based on data analysis, used and calculate it whit the full costing method, describe the method of determining the cost of production in SMEs, and draw conclusions.Based on the results of the study that: (1) The Cost of Production that has been carried out by the researcher shows that the cost of production of the Trend Milk beverage business is Rp. 6.400 while the selling price set by company is Rp. 10.000 so that the business owner earns a profit of Rp. 3.800. (2) The comparison between the cost of production and earn a profit because in each product sale per unit the company earns a profit of Rp. 3.600.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis Penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Trend Milk di Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dan informasi biaya produksi UMKM Trend Milk tahun 2021 pada UMKM Trend Milk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik ini dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan berupa data dan informasi biaya serta bukti pendukung lainnya, melakukan wawancara dengan owner atau pemilik usaha, mencatat unsur unsur pokok terkait metode penentuan harga pokok produksi, mengolah hasil wawancara, dan data administrasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis data yang digunakan serta mengitungnya dengan metode full costing, mendeskripsikan metode penentuan harga pokok produksi pada UMKM, dan Menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) Harga Pokok Produksi yang telah dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok produksi usaha minuman Trend Milk sebesar Rp 6.400 sedangkan harga jual yang di tetapkan oleh perusahaan sebesar Rp 10.000 sehingga pemilik usaha memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 3.600 (2) Melihat perbandingan antara harga pokok produksi dengan harga jual produk sudah tepat untuk membuat pemilik usaha memperoleh laba karena dalam setiap penjualan produk per unit perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar Rp3.600.key words: Cost of Production; SME; UMKM]]>
