Abstract: The study aims to explore the extracurricular implementation of Scouts against students’ characters in SD N 1 Ampel. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, using interview approaches, direct observation, hacking, and documentation analysis. The results of the research findings suggest that the active participation of students in Scouting activities has a positive impact on character development, including independence, discipline, and responsibility. The results of the data analysis showed that students in grades 4, 5, and 6 of elementary N 1 Ampel were able to show independence at 84.58%, discipline attitude at 96.25%, and responsibility attitude at 88.33%. However, research also found several supporting factors and observers that affect the implementation of Scouts, such as the active participation of parents, suitable means and infrastructure, collaboration between teachers and the head of the school as a support factor, a lack of Human Resources (HR) teachers as scout builders, and difficulty finding replacement teachers as a barrier factor.Keywords: character education; extracurricular; Scouts Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi ekstrakurikuler Pramuka terhadap karakter siswa di SD N 1 Ampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan wawancara, observasi langsung, angket dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan Pramuka memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan karakter mereka meliputi, pengembangan karakter kemandirian; kedisiplinan; dan tanggung jawab. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas 4, 5 dan 6 SD N 1 Ampel sudah mampu menunjukan sikap kemandirian sebesar 84,58% , sikap kedisiplinan sebesar 96,25%, dan sikap tanggung jawab sebanyak 88,33%. Tetapi, penelitian juga menemukan beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi implementasi Pramuka, seperti partisipasi aktif orang tua, sarana dan prasarana yang bagus, adanya kolaborasi antara guru dengan kepala sekolah sebagai faktor pendukung dan kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) guru sebagai pembina pramuka dan kesulitan mencari guru pengganti menjadi faktor penghambat.Kata kunci: ekstrakurikuler; karakter pendidikan; Pramuka
