Abstract

Mengetik merupakan kegiatan menulis secara modern yang dapat mempercepat proses dalam mengolah kata. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan kata yaitu Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word memberikan kemudahan bagi para penggunanya untuk melakukan kegiatan mengetik. Hal ini dikarenakan Microsoft Word memiliki banyak sekali fitur yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi dalam mengetik. Dalam menggunakan Microsoft Word kita tidak cukup apabila hanya pandai mengetik, kita juga harus pandai dalam menggunakan fitur-fitur yang terdapat di Microsoft Word. Namun yang sangat disayangkan banyak dari masyarakat yang belum pernah mendapatkan program pelatihan mengetik menggunakan Microsoft Word. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan kondisi yang memprihatinkan dimana sekarang sudah memasuki era digital.  Maka dari itu pelatihan Microsoft Word dirasa sangat penting guna memudahkan siswa SDN 01 Desa Musir Lor dalam mengolah kata. Dengan pelatihan Microsoft Word, diharapkan siswa SDN 01 Desa Musir Lor dapat mengetik secara efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi pemantik bagi mahasiswa dalam mempraktikan pengabidan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract Supervision of campaign stages in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections in Blitar City is the task and responsibility of the Blitar City General Election Supervisory Body. The lack of human resources in carrying out supervision raises the question of whether the Blitar City Bawaslu has implemented the campaign stage supervision policy properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of the implementation of the campaign stage supervision policy by the Blitar City Bawaslu in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections. By using qualitative research methods, and data collection using observation and interview methods. This study uses the implementation theory by George C. Edwards III which has four main indicators, namely: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the campaign stage supervision policy by the Blitar City Bawaslu in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections has been implemented well, although there are still several challenges. Abstract

Research related to the performance of the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection as well as Population Control and Family Planning (DP3APPKB) in implementing the PUSPAGA Surabaya service program is an important thing to carry out considering that there are still high cases of child violence in Surabaya and the government of Surabaya must maintain its achievements as a Child Friendly City at a high level six times in a row. This research was conducted at DP3APPKB Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to determine, describe and analyze the level of organizational performance at the DP3APPKB Service in implementing the PUSPAGA Surabaya service program. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The theory used is the theory of organizational performance according to Soesilo in Tangkilisan (2005) which includes organizational structure, management policies, human resources, management information systems and facilities and infrastructure. This research is related to the performance of the organization at DP3APPKB in implementing the PUSPAGA Surabaya service program. The results of this research indicate that the performance of DP3APPKB Surabaya in implementing the PUSPAGA Surabaya service program has been carried out quite well, because there are still several obstacles such as, PUSPAGA public halls not carrying out tasks or job desks in accordance with the division of the organizational structure, unequal distribution of human resources in providing services PUSPAGA Surabaya, especially for public halls that do not receive volunteer assistance from DP3APPKB Surabaya. Furthermore, most Surabaya residents do not know the use of the SIAP PPAK application which is used as a tool to measure the success of online consultation services and database management in implementing the PUSPAGA Surabaya service program. The facilities and infrastructure of PUSPAGA Surabaya are quite good and have followed the guidelines from the Ministry of PPA, but this does not apply to PUSPAGA public halls.

Abstract

Stunting is a manifestation of growth failure that begins in the first 1000 days of birth. To overcome this problem, the Gresik Regency Government issued regent regulation Number 9 of 2023 regarding the Acceleration of Reducing Integrated Stunting as an effort to prevent and reduce stunting rates in Gresik Regency. Driyorejo District is an area with a fairly high number of stunting cases in Gresik Regency. This research aims to analyze how the integrated stunting reduction acceleration policy is implemented in Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection using interview, documentation and observation methods. This research is based on the implementation theory according to Edward III which is influenced by 4 variables, namely bureaucratic structure, communication, resources and disposition. The results of the research explain that the communication process is carried out through coordination meetings which aim to discuss the implementation of stunting prevention so that it can run optimally. . All human resources work together and material resources are also needed to reduce the stunting rate. Apart from that, other supporting factors such as SOPs and fragmentation in carrying out their roles and responsibilities are carried out with coordination which is an element in the bureaucratic structure and the policy implementers in reducing integrated stunting prevention at the Driyorejo Community Health Center have integrated human resources related to stunting prevention.

Abstract

Bawaslu is an institution tasked with supervising and ensuring that elections run in accordance with election criteria and rules. In this case, the Sidoarjo Regency Bawaslu Secretariat has a crucial role in supporting administration, operations and technical support in carrying out its duties and responsibilities in elections in the Sidoarjo Regency area. Thus, Bawaslu is required to have an effective and efficient structure because Bawaslu's structure can influence general elections. However, in reality there are still double jobs within the secretariat of the Sidoarjo Regency General Election Supervisory Agency. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide clarity on the problem of double jobs within the Bawaslu Secretariat of Sidoarjo Regency. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this research show that double work is not a problem but rather a solution to the Bawaslu moratorium period to overcome the shortage of human resources by using effective and efficient work patterns.  Keywords: Bawaslu, double job, moratorium

Abstract

The Surabaya City Government has implemented the KAS-RPA (Kampung Arek Surabaya Friendly to Women and Children) Program as an effort to achieve equal rights for women and children at the most basic community level. The KAS-RPA program has five indicators in educating them, namely safe villages, foster villages, learning villages, creative-productive villages, and healthy villages. The implementation of the Learning Village in Gunung Anyar Village is one of the efforts to provide equal access and opportunities for women and children to get quality education in the area. This program focuses on non-formal learning assistance activities that involve the active participation of Gunung Anyar Village residents, especially children, as well as handling the problems of children who are indicated as vulnerable to dropping out of school. However, in its implementation there are still some shortcomings. The findings in this study are expected to describe the strategy for implementing the learning village in filling the KAS-RPA Program indicators in Gunung Anyar Village. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely through observation and interviews. The purpose of writing this research is to describe the strategies carried out to overcome shortcomings in the implementation of learning village activities to turn on the KAS-RPA Program indicators in Gunung Anyar Village. Abstract

Domestic violence or (KDRT), is a phenomenon of social problems within the family sphere that is rife in Indonesia, especially in big cities such as Surabaya as a result of economic problems, overcrowding and other problems. Responding to this problem, the Surabaya City Government initiated a Family Learning Center (Puspaga) program which was inaugurated in 2017. One of the areas that held the Puspaga program was RW 3 Banyu Urip Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City. This study aims to reveal the principles  of good governance contained in the implementation of Puspaga program policies in RW 3. Policy implementation analysis uses Edward III's policy implementation model which consists of four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research uses qualitative approaches and descriptive methods in the elaboration of research data. Research data collection techniques were carried out on secondary data in the form of literature studies, and on primary data using in-depth observation methods and closed interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The research suggests that the Puspaga policy implementation program has run well and meets six  principles in good governance, namely the principles of professionalism, accountability, transparency, excellent service, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, rule of law, while in the principle of transparency no data on budget resources was found due to limited researchers in finding informants.
