Abstract

Technology is very influential to facilitate human work. Of the various kinds of Information System technology plays an important role for a Company or Institution. To realize a good system must have an information system that can support activities within the company. The aim of the research is to provide solutions to existing problems by designing an inventory system, especially at the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation as an effort to develop information technology. The method used in this research is using the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out using the direct method at the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing, and inputting inventory data based on data obtained from the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation. The data collection carried out is qualitative. The results and conclusions of this study are the design of a website-based goods inventory system that can be used as a medium that can facilitate the processing of goods procurement data, goods whose residues have expired, damaged goods, lost goods, and reports on goods data inventory. For the design of this system using the programming language PHP, JavaScript, MySQL. UML is used as a model for the design of this website-based sales application.

Abstract

Information system is a system that combines human activities and the use of technology to support management and operational activities. Where, there is a relationship created based on human interaction, data, information, technology, and algorithms. PT. Candi Talang Abadiis an Occupational Safety and Health Service Company (PJK3) in the field of K3 coaching and training. This company has many classes in the field of coaching and K3 training, with many coaching classes available making this company has a lot of administrative output data. This research uses Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The source of data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The result of this research is a web-based application system designed using PHP and HTML programming languages. The use of this application system is a solution to facilitate the process of inputting incoming and outgoing certificate data, making it easier to find data and reports produced more effectively.

Abstract

In the era of globalization driven by the rapid development of information technology, the adoption of technology in various sectors, including education, has become very urgent. Information technology not only supports the learning process but also optimizes administrative aspects, such as the selection of prospective new students. Manual selection is often slow, error-prone, and non-transparent. Therefore, implementing technology-based systems becomes relevant. Benteng Betawi Middle School is committed to implementing a modern, efficient and transparent selection system using the website-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm. The SAW algorithm, as a simple and effective multi-criteria decision making method, is expected to speed up data processing, increase the accuracy and transparency of selection, and identify the best prospective students. This research aims to design and implement a website-based student selection system using the SAW algorithm at Benteng Betawi Middle School. The steps taken include needs analysis, design, implementation and system evaluation. It is hoped that this system can increase the efficiency, transparency and objectivity of the selection process at Benteng Betawi Middle School and become a reference for other schools that wish to adopt similar technology.

Abstract

Optimal healthcare services in hospitals highly depend on a well-organized doctor scheduling system. At Brawijaya Mother and Child Hospital, the scheduling process is still carried out manually, making it prone to errors, delays, and inefficiencies in workflow. This study aims to design and implement a web-based doctor scheduling information system by applying the First Come First Serve (FCFS) method as the basis for queue scheduling. FCFS is chosen for its fair and straightforward approach in determining the order of service based on registration time, without any specific prioritization. The system development follows the waterfall methodology, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Technologies used in this system include PHP programming language, MySQL database, and supporting frameworks. The system features include doctor data management, practice scheduling, and online patient registration, accessible by both patients and hospital administrators through a user-friendly interface. The implementation results show that the system is capable of managing doctor schedules in a more structured manner, reducing schedule conflicts, and increasing efficiency in patient service processes. The presence of this information system accelerates administrative processes, improves transparency and accuracy, and supports the quality of services while enhancing patient satisfaction. This research is expected to provide a digital solution for hospitals in managing doctor schedules and to serve as a foundation for developing similar information systems in the future.

Abstract

Toko Listrik Sinar Mulya merupakan salah satu usaha mikro kecil menengah yang menjual berbagai macam perlengkapan alat listrik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Pengelolaan data penjualan pada toko tersebut masih dilakukan dengan cara mencatat transaksi penjualan kedalam sebuah buku, sehingga proses pembuatan laporan penjualan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Dengan sistem pengelolaan data penjualan yang seperti itu, pengendalian dan perencanaan stok barang pun menjadi kurang maksimal. Sering kali pelanggan mendapati stok barang yang ingin dibeli dalam keadaan kosong. Selain itu, penumpukan barang yang kurang laku pun menjadi kendala dalam cash flow toko sehingga proses bisnis toko menjadi kurang maksimal. Penelitia ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah pengendalian dan perencanaan stok barang menggunakan teknik data mining algoritma apriori pada transaksi penjualan alat listrik. Dengan melalui serangkaian pengujian threshold, didapatlah angka minsup 10% dan minconf sebesar 60%. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi jenis alat listrik yang harus diperhatikan karena dapat mengakibatkan kekurangan stok pada saat pembeli membutuhkan yaitu, kategori Lampu Led, Kabel listrik, Steker, Isolasi Listrik dan Outbow. Dengan mengetahui informasi tersebut dapat pemberikan solusi kepada Toko Listrik Sinar Mulya dalam melakukan penyetokan barang yang paling sering terjual pada toko tersebut.

Abstract

Applications that implement user authentication, such as the To-Do List Application, often store sensitive information, requiring strong security protection. Passwords serve as the primary key for user authentication and must be secured to prevent unauthorized access. Therefore, this study applies the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to the To-Do List Application to enhance password security. AES was chosen due to its high level of security and efficiency, making it highly effective in safeguarding user data. The Agile method was utilized to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to requirements throughout the application development process. This approach allows for a more efficient development process while maintaining quality. The result of this research is an Android-based To-Do List Application that not only meets user needs but also provides a high level of security, ensuring users feel more comfortable using the application.

Abstract

Kost Pinangga is a boarding house that provides temporary housing consisting of several rooms that are occupied by STAN students. In addition, Kost Pinangga has one of the internet or wifi facilities that can be used by residents of Pinangga Boarding House. However, the use of the internet simultaneously results in an undivided network on all users, so bandwidth management is needed. For this reason, bandwidth management is needed to manage every data that passes, so that the bandwidth division becomes evenly distributed using the PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) method. In this study, a comparative analysis was carried out between using the PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) method to optimize internet bandwidth, analyzing QoS (Quality of Service) bandwidth management in terms of throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss. The results of this research show that network quality using the PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) method is more optimal, because the bandwidth division will be divided evenly in each user.
