Abstract

In the age of globalization, the smartphone has become a very popular and important communication device for information. Yet, many smartphone users lack understanding of the upkeep, causing damage to the device, be it a software or hardware malfunction. This disrupts users and causes them to carry smartphones to mobile services, which takes considerable time and expense. Thus, in this study, the manufacture and development of a web-based software using forward chaining methods in experts' systems to detect smartphone damage. Forward chaining methods are suited for handling control and browsing problems. The website is designed to assist smartphone users in detecting damage, so they can repair their devices more quickly and efficiently. The case study used in this study is the plaza 08cell. Hopefully, with these webiste, smartphone users can easily and quickly solve their device's malfunction.

Abstract

This study aims to reduce the efficiency of the manual attendance system used at Sirajul Falah Vocational School by creating a web-based attendance system with a QR Code scanner. The research methods used include planning, data collection, system design, implementation, system testing, and report writing. The previous attendance system at SMK Sirajul Falah had deficiencies in efficiency and accuracy. In this study a web-based attendance system was implemented using a QR Code scanner to increase efficiency and accuracy in recording student and teacher attendance. The main findings of this study are that a web-based attendance system with a QR Code scanner can reduce fraud and increase the efficiency of the attendance process. This system allows students and teachers to record attendance quickly and accurately by scanning a unique QR Code. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more efficient and accurate attendance system at Sirajul Falah Vocational School. With the existence of a web-based attendance system with a QR Code scanner, it is hoped that it can improve the management of student and teacher attendance and reduce errors and fraud in recording attendance.

Abstract

Information technology is growing rapidly at this time, making the need for information and data processing very important in many aspects of life. The rapid development of technology has an impact on an organization or agency, in this case schools that need a data processing system that can help quickly and accurately. Web-based information systems can be used as a means of increasing information. Technology can help simplify a job such as faster data processing, decisions that can be taken more quickly and accurately and save costs and time. The number of extracurricular activities found at SMKS Binong Permai makes it difficult for students to choose extracurricular activities that match their interests and talents. A decision-making system or decision support system is a computer-based information system that can produce a variety of useful decision options to help management deal with structured and unstructured problems using data and models. With this decision-making support system, it is hoped that students will be able to map students to extracurricular activities according to their interests and talents. So students can develop and excel in extracurricular activities that are in accordance with their interests and talents. And it is also expected to be able to help overcome the problems faced by school management in registering students who take extracurricular activities.

Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura I is a subsidiary of Aviation Tourism Indonesia which is one of the Aviation companies engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of aircraft in Indonesia in the batam island, central and eastern Java and Bali, Lombok Island, West Timor, Southern and Eastern Kalimantan, Northern and Southern Sulawesi, Ambon Island and Papua. In its management, this company has financial and operational performance to predict financial and operational performance in the future, making it easier for companies to assess financial and operational performance to remain stable. This is useful for minimizing losses. In fact, there are many prediction errors in a manual way influenced, one of which is by human miscalculations. This will of course be fatal to the company. In addition, manual predictions will certainly drain time, mind, and energy resources when the calculated data is large in number. Therefore, based on the problems that occur, researchers will implement data mining to predict financial and operational performance in aviation companies using Simple Linear Regression. The result of this study is a system that can predict financial and operational information as a source to support strengthening in decision making, especially from the company's financial side.
