Abstract

Nowadays, it is very important to measure the quality of software before users start using the software. This is to determine the vulnerability of the system so that the data generated matches the input data after running the data. This research is an incoming and outgoing mail information system which is then subjected to black box testing. This method focuses on data entry, system display, memory usage, and data execution speed. Therefore, if the data entered is not as expected, the system will fail. The results of testing with this method are very good, because all weaknesses can be known before use.

Abstract

This study investigates the pragmatic strategies of impoliteness within Instagram comment sections, focusing on the discourse surrounding Prabowo Subianto’s speeches during the 2024 political cycle. As digital interaction reshapes communication, this research moves beyond simple categorisations of hostility to explore the "cyberpragmatics" of political interaction. Analysing interactions on official posts and foreign media reportages, specifically The Straits Times, this research identifies a divergence in linguistic behaviour rooted in "cultural blindness" and "ambient affiliation." At the same time, domestic discourse utilises sarcasm and meme-based humour; interactions with international media trigger distinct impoliteness strategies to enforce national face-saving mechanisms. Utilising Culpeper’s impoliteness framework and supporting studies on online animosity, the study reveals that Indonesian netizens employ bald-on-record impoliteness and weaponised irony to insulate political figures from external critique. The findings suggest that digital impoliteness is not merely a lack of etiquette but a structured identity-building strategy, or "homophily," in which aggression serves to bond the in-group against perceived out-groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana faktor harga dan juga kualitas pada produk berpengaruh minat beli konsumen pada platform Shopee, dengan fokus pada mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka angkatan 2022 sebagai subjek penelitian. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan 100 orang sebagai responden yang diseleksi melalui purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa suatu harga dan kualitas pada suatu produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen di marketplace Shopee. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pada produk menjadi unsur penting yang memengaruhi minat beli konsumen saat menggunakan platform Shopee khususnya dikalangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku usaha atau e-commerce dalam merancang strategi pemasaran mereka pada sebuah marketplace serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya mengenai perilaku konsumen di era digital dengan faktor yang sama.
