Abstract

Delivery service is something that is close to the community, delivery services are still used by the community because it is considered very important to send goods over long or close distances. Because as we all know, as we all know, that in the context of accelerating the handling of Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019), the government issued PP No. 21 of 2020 concerning PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions). With the enactment of PSBB, it brings a new culture of digitization in many sectors, including the social public sector. So that most people's shopping activities are forced to switch to using an online system and make delivery services very functional at this time. Therefore, the researcher intends to conduct this research which is intended to determine customer satisfaction with JNE and JNT shipping expeditions. The research was conducted by taking tweet sentiment using Python, and then analyzing the respondents' sentiment using the Naïve Bayes method. A total of 955 data were obtained, then the researchers took as many as 243 for retesting, data collection was carried out on January 31, 2022 to February 16, 2022. The results of the classification of positive, negative and neutral sentiment tweets from existing sentences for each delivery service have been obtained that JNE got 0 positive responses, 18 negative responses and 56 neutral responses. Meanwhile, JNT received 0 positive responses, 2 neutral responses and 167 negative responses. From this it can be explained that there are still many users of JNE and JNT shipping expedition services that have not received good service. The results of the test using the Nave Bayes method with the Gaussian Density formula on continuous data resulted in an accuracy of 58.02%, precision 43.33%, recall 41.67%.

Abstract

One of the most important activities in a company or organization is the problem of human resources. Because, the main focus of human resource management is to contribute to the success or failure of a company. PT. Mustika Maju Mandiri is a company engaged in computers and technology. Selection of employee acceptance is one of the problems that have occurred so far. in the process of hiring production employees at PT. Mustika Maju Mandiri, the personnel department chooses and selects one by one the incoming applicant data. If the data is complete, the personnel department will call the applicant to take part in the selection process. The large number of applicants makes personnel often experience difficulties in selecting prospective employees, and in the selection process the decisions taken are often influenced by the subjectivity of decision makers. The Decision Support System for Selection of Employee Candidates can assist HRD/Personnel in recruiting prospective employees according to qualifications. In conducting recruitment, the selection of prospective employees according to company qualifications with the results of calculating the graduation criteria for prospective employees according to company qualifications is 80%.

Abstract

The use of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model for the classification of bird species is the focus of this study. The methodology used in this study utilizes the BIRDS 400 - SPECIES IMAGE CLASSIFICATION dataset to be tested with the CNN InceptionV3 model and is limited to only 18 classes. The experiment was run on the free version of the Google Collabs platform. From the results of experiments conducted, the CNN InceptionV3 model requires time to train images for 36 minutes 46 seconds and obtains a training accuracy of 93.36%. For experiments at the testing stage, the CNN InceptionV3 model that has been trained on the Google Collabs platform can correctly predict all images in the testing folder. Based on the results of the research conducted, the CNN InceptionV3 model has very high accuracy for handling the dataset and the free version of the Google Collabs platform is sufficiently capable of processing the dataset.

Abstract

The development of educational software today in Indonesia seems to be increasingly being carried out by educational institutions, either for the benefit of the teaching and learning process or in an effort to increase the efficiency of providing software that contains elements of education. nowadays especially in elementary school Most children feel bored and lazy with learning and feel more like playing than studying. So it is important for children, especially in the world of education. that there are many multimedia learning applications both in the form of applications and educational games that can help foster interest and memory or good grasping power for children. This study discusses the making of learning media in the form of an educational game Guess the Hero's Name with Android-based construct 2. The application of this educational game-based learning media is implemented in the Elementary School of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ishlahuddiniyyah, South Tangerang City. Software development using SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) Method. Based on the testing of the educational game application Guess the Name of the Hero, it can help introduce Heroes to elementary school students by obtaining a test presentation of 92.16%.
