Abstract

This paper discusses community service efforts through financial literacy training focused on the importance of investment management for generation Z. This paper aims to improve gen Z's understanding of financial investment, stimulate their interest in investing, and provide effective investment management skills. The training method involves delivering theoretical information, case studies, and investment simulations. Results from the study showed significant improvements in financial literacy understanding and investment management skills among participants. The program also successfully stimulated gen Z's interest in investing wisely. Thus, financial literacy training can be an effective instrument to help generation Z manage their finances smartly and understand the positive impact of investment management in achieving long-term financial goals.

Abstract

This community service text aims to present improvement strategies using SWOT analysis carried out to provide support to AS&B MSME companies in Surabaya in facing the challenges of increasing competition in the food industry. This SWOT approach involves identifying internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses, and external factors, namely opportunities and threats. From this analysis, recommendations for action to improve operational performance were produced, 2 SO strategies, 2 WO strategies, 2 ST strategies and 3 WT strategies. To increase sales, AS&B MSMEs should increase product variety and quality, use social media for marketing, provide empathetic service, and carry out attractive promotions. This combination of strategies is expected to significantly increase the company's performance and sales. It provides systematic and adaptive guidance to improve a company's competitiveness in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Operating Cash Flow and Accounting Profit on the level of stock profits because in reality there are several differences between the relationship between each variable and the level of stock profits for consideration by potential investors before investing in shares. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data as a source of information. The theory used is signal theory. The independent variables in this research are Operating Cash Flow and Accounting Profit, while the dependent variable in this research is the stock profit rate. The population in this study was 99 companies. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 31 companies and produces observation sample data of 93 companies in the period 2020 – 2022. The analysis technique used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. The results of this research show that Operating Cash Flow has an effect positive effect on stock profit levels, while accounting profits have a negative effect on stock profit levels. Simultaneously, these two independent variables influence the level of stock profits. It is hoped that potential investors and issuers will always pay attention to liquidity as one of the highlights when considering stock investment.
