Abstract

Farmers are a job that is very at risk of experiencing poisoning due to pesticides, many of which are the factors that cause poisoning, such as environmental factors and the behavior factors of the farmers themselves every time they use or have direct contact with pesticides. Pesticide poisoning can be minimized by improving behavior when using pesticides and using complete PPE. This study aims to describe the behavior of farmers, by knowing the knowledge, attitudes and actions of farmers in Serdang Bedagai. The method in this research is descriptive, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with a total population of 75 people, the primary data is obtained by observing and interviewing using a questionnaire, and the data obtained will then be processed univariately for all variables in the study. The results showed that out of 31 respondents, 12 respondents (38.7%) had good knowledge of farmers, 18 respondents (58.1%) had attitudes in the sufficient category, 28 respondents (90.3%) had actions in the poor category. Of the 31 farmers in Bonto Village, they already had fairly good knowledge and attitudes, but the opposite was true with very little action. It is hoped that the farmers in Bonto Village will remind each other about the use of PPE, and it is hoped that farmer groups or related agencies and the agricultural service will supervise farmers so that they have awareness of using PPE.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the sales and collection cycle of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the 2022–2024 period using a descriptive quantitative approach through a case study based on annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis was conducted by calculating Receivable Turnover (RT) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and examining their trends. The results show that RT increased from 9.77 times in 2022 to 16.64 times in 2024, while DSO decreased from 37.37 days to 21.94 days. These findings indicate improved receivables management effectiveness, enabling the company to convert receivables into cash more quickly and reduce the risk of bad debts. However, the decline in net sales from IDR 41.22 million in 2022 to IDR 35.14 million in 2024 highlights the need for a more aggressive sales strategy. Overall, the effectiveness of the sales and collection cycle at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk can be considered good, although long-term financial sustainability requires a balance between credit policy, marketing strategy, and digitalization optimization.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and audit tenure on going concern audit opinions for transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2022. The research employs logistic regression analysis to assess whether these financial and audit-related variables significantly impact the issuance of going concern audit opinions. Descriptive statistical analysis indicates that profitability, liquidity, solvency, and audit tenure exhibit varying levels of influence on audit outcomes. The findings reveal that profitability does not significantly affect going concern audit opinions, indicating that companies with high profitability do not necessarily avoid such opinions. Liquidity also shows no significant influence, suggesting that the company's ability to fulfill short-term obligations may not be a determining factor for auditors. Similarly, solvency does not exhibit a significant impact, as a higher debt ratio does not automatically indicate a worsening financial condition in the eyes of auditors. Finally, audit tenure is found to be insignificant, highlighting concerns about the potential erosion of auditor independence over extended engagements. These findings support prior studies that demonstrate the limited predictive power of these variables concerning going concern opinions in the transportation sector. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on audit opinions by emphasizing the need to consider both financial and non-financial factors when evaluating a company’s ability to continue its operations. Future research is recommended to explore additional variables and proxies to better understand the dynamics affecting audit opinions in this sector.

Abstract

Kelainan seksual pada remaja merupakan perhatian yang signifikan, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan seperti SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Tuntungan. Remaja menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam menghadapi perkembangan seksual mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran teoritis mengenai kelainan seksual pada remaja, menyoroti bentuk kelainan seksual, penyebabnya, dan dampaknya. Meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang kelainan seksual pada remaja, memberikan panduan untuk mencegah dan mengatasi kelainan seksual, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang aman untuk berdiskusi tentang isu-isu kelainan seksual. Penelitian ini melakukan intervensi edukatif kualitatif di SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Tuntungan pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2023. Intervensi melibatkan ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab interaktif untuk memperdalam pemahaman siswa tentang kelainan seksual. Intervensi edukatif berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang berbagai kelainan seksual pada remaja, penyebabnya, dan metode pencegahannya. Ini memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif, meningkatkan kesadaran, dan meningkatkan komunikasi. Intervensi ini memiliki potensi untuk mengurangi risiko kelainan seksual, mengurangi stigma, dan menyebarkan pengetahuan ke masyarakat lebih luas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi edukatif mencapai tujuannya, meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa tentang kelainan seksual pada remaja. Untuk menjaga pendekatan edukasi yang efektif, disarankan untuk melakukan perbaikan dalam perencanaan dan koordinasi untuk intervensi di masa depan.
