Abstract

Quality education relies on effective teacher performance and school management. This article explains the importance of performance management in enhancing education quality. In this context, the role of teachers in performance management and the involvement of school principals are discussed in depth. Teacher performance management involves evaluation, coaching, and continuous learning, while school principals play a crucial role in creating a conducive environment and supporting teacher performance. This research provides theoretical and practical insights into how performance management can be enhanced to improve the education system.
