Abstract

The pharmacy is one of the places and dedication of the pharmacist profession to carry out pharmaceutical work. Storage of medicines in pharmacies is an inseparable part of medicine management activities. The activity of storing and maintaining the medicines received in a safe place to maintain the quality of the medicines and from theft is medicine storage. One of the determining factors for the quality of distributed medicines is a good and appropriate medicine storage system. Drugstorage is an inseparable part of all pharmaceutical activities, both hospital pharmacy and community pharmacy. The act of keeping received medications in a location that is both secure against theft and capable of preserving their quality is known as medicine storage. An appropriate and good storage system will be one of the determining factors for the quality of medicines distributed. Implementing a medicine storage system in pharmacies is very crucial to ensure that medicines are stored safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards. Implementing a good medicine storage system not only helps inmaintaining the quality and effectiveness of medicines, but also increases the operational efficiency of pharmacies and ensures patientsafety.

Abstract

Waktu tunggu pelayanan resep merupakan salah satu hal untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Waktu tunggu pelayanan resep dibagi menjadi dua yaitu waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat non racikan dan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat racikan. Di Indonesia, standar waktu tunggu yang ditentukan dalam Permenkes melalui Standar Pelayanan minimal yaitu, pelayanan resep obat non racikan adalah < 30 menit dan obat racikan adalah < 60 menit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenai analisis waktu tunggu pelayanan resep racikan dan non racikan di Apotek X Cilandak. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah resep dialmbil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan populasi yang diambil dari rata-rata 3 bulan terakhir yakni bulan Maret – Mei 2024 dan didapatkan 5.600 resep. Dari hasil penelitian didapat rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep di Apotek X Cilandak untuk obat racikan 32,8 menit sedangkan untuk obat non racikan adalah 14,1 menit. Dapat disimpulkan bawah waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat racikan dan obat non racikan di Apotek X Cilandak sudah memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek sesuai standar waktu tunggu yang ditentukan dalam Permenkes.
