Abstract

The current trend of companies is to hand over their Logistics activities to third parties, so that they can focus more on their fields. The choice of Logistics services is also very crucial for the company, because it determines the reputation of a company in the eyes of customers. This study aims to evaluate the decision to choose the best logistics service that is used to meet customer needs, especially in terms of shipping goods. To do this, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is used to make decisions on the use of Logistics based on predetermined criteria, namely Cost, Services, and Reliability. There are five alternatives that are taken, namely using their own fleet, using instant delivery services such as Grab Express and GoBox or using third party Logistics services such as Trimulya Logistics and Herona Express. In this study, the calculation process uses the tools of the Super Decisions Software. The results of this study indicate that the criteria that have the highest weight are Services with a value of 0.50536 and the alternative that has the highest weight is Trimulya Logistics with a value of 0.363531.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang di sebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Schoot Pharma. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang pegawai dipilih dengan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja pegawai, dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional belum terlalu maksimal diperlukan dalam organisasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan karier memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a google form distributed to employees of PT Schoot Pharma. The research sample of 40 employees was selected by saturated sampling method. The results showed that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction serves as a mediating factor that affects employee performance. While transformational leadership has an insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, and has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Thus, this study implies that transformational leadership is not maximally needed in organizations based on the results of the study and career development has an important role in improving employee performance through job satisfaction.
