Abstract

Introduction: Hyperemesis gravidarum is a complaint of severe nausea and vomiting more than 10 times a day during pregnancy which can cause fluid deficiency, weight loss, or electrolyte disturbances thereby disrupting daily activities and endangering the fetus in the womb. The incidence of cases of hyperemesis gravidarum is 0,8% to 3,2% of all pregnancies or about 8 to 32 cases per 1000 pregnancies. Nutritional status, diet, and anxiety are factors that can influence the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in first-trimester pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status, diet, and anxiety with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Andhika General Hospital. Methods: This study uses a quantitative method of descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total of 54 respondents. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum which obtained a p-value of 0,004; dietary pattern and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum a p-value of 0,021; anxiety and the incidence of hyperemesis a p-value of 0,010. Discussion: This study concludes that there is a relationship between the variables of nutritional status, diet, and anxiety with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum at Andhika General Hospital in 2022. Advice for pregnant women can increase knowledge and understanding of tips for carrying out a healthy pregnancy that can be obtained through health workers and other information media improve nutritional status by improving diet according to the needs of pregnant women recommended by health workers such as consuming balanced nutrition (protein, carbohydrates, fat, minerals, and vitamins) during pregnancy.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) memperoleh gambaran proses pembelajaran menulis siswa kelas IX dengan menggunakan media puzzle game; dan 2) memperoleh hasil pembelajaran menulis siswa kelas IX dengan menggunakan media puzzle game. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 1 Cisaga yang berjumlah 32 orang; Siswa laki-laki berjumlah 17 orang dan siswa perempuan berjumlah 15 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi melalui proses pencatatan dan evaluasi dalam kegiatan menulis. Data yang diperoleh dideskripsikan, dianalisis, dan kemudian direfleksikan. Pelaksanaan tindakan dibagi dalam dua siklus dengan tema yang berbeda-beda. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga tindakan. Pembelajaran pada siklus I bertema Narrative Text (Legend), siklus II bertema Narrative Text (Fairytales). Temuan pada siklus I menunjukkan siswa belum dapat mengerjakan Fill in the blank dari soal yang disediakan, pada siklus II siswa kebingungan ketika ditugaskan untuk membuat summary cerita Narrative Text yang dipilih, siswa masih memerlukan bimbingan guru untuk menyusun puzzle gambar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media puzzle gambar dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar menulis siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar pada setiap siklusnya. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 60 dan pada siklus II sebesar 81 dari rata-rata perolehan nilai teresebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil dan perolehan nilai sangat signifikan. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Menulis; Teks Naratif; Permainan Puzzle THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PJBL) MODEL IN ENHANCING WRITING MOTIVATION USING NARRATIVE TEXT ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to: 1) obtain an overview of the writing learning process of class IX students using puzzle game media; and 2) obtain writing learning outcomes for class IX students using puzzle game media. The method used was Classroom Action Research with research subjects of class IX D students of SMP Negeri 1 Cisaga, totaling 32 people; There are 17 male students and 15 female students. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, field notes, and documentation through the process of recording and evaluating writing activities. The data obtained is described, analyzed, and then reflected. Implementation of the action is divided into two cycles with different themes. Each cycle consists of three actions. Learning in cycle I has the theme Narrative Text (Legend), cycle II has the theme Narrative Text (Fairytales). The findings in cycle I showed that students had not been able to do Fill in the blank from the questions provided, in cycle II students were confused when they were assigned to create a summary of the selected Narrative Text story, students still needed teacher guidance to put together a picture puzzle. The conclusion of this research is that picture puzzle media can improve students' writing learning processes and outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. The average student learning outcomes in cycle I was 60 and in cycle II was 81. From the average score obtained, it can be concluded that this research was successful and the score obtained was very significant. Keywords: Writing Learning; Narrative Text; Puzzle Game
