Abstract

Agrarian reform is an effort to change the structure of control, ownership, use, and utilization of land to achieve social justice and community welfare. However, the implementation of agrarian reform often faces various obstacles, whether technical, social, political, or legal. In Dayeuhluhur Village, legal factors are one of the main obstacles in the implementation of agrarian reform. This research aims to understand how the land administration system is implemented in Dayeuhluhur Village, Tempuran Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. The method used is empirical juridical, which includes interviews and direct observations in Dayeuhluhur Village, as well as data analysis from literature as supporting material. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively to explain the findings obtained from observations and data recorded in the journal. Data were collected through primary data sources, such as interviews and observations, as well as secondary data sources, such as documents. The results of this study show that the legal challenges in the implementation of agrarian reform in Dayeuhluhur Village, Tempuran Subdistrict, Karawang Regency include unclear land legal status, complicated bureaucracy, inconsistency of regulations, weak law enforcement, and limited access to legal information and education. Overcoming these challenges requires joint efforts from the government, law enforcement officers, and active community participation to create a more just and sustainable agrarian system.

Abstract

Media sosial, sebagai alat komunikasi dalam proses sosial, mendukung interaksi antar pengguna. salah satunya ialah TikTok, munculnya fenomena bahasa singkatan di TikTok mempengaruhi tata bahasa Indonesia, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Istilah singkatan menjadi tren, mengarah pada perubahan dalam cara berkomunikasi serta mempengaruhi terhadap tata bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan bahasa singkatan terhadap tata bahasa Indonesia, dengan fokus pada tren bahasa yang berkembang di platform tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang di mana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya trend singkatan pada platform TikTok memiliki pengaruh serta dampak pada tata bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga dari penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya adanya trend penggunaan singkatan di TikTok memilih dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap tata bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Order of village land is the process of managing and regulating land at the village government level. According to Law Number 6 Year 2014, villages are authorized to manage local governance matters, including those related to land issues. This research aims to understand the implementation of land administration systems in Dayeuhluhur Village, Tempuran Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. The method used is juridical-empirical, incorporating interviews and direct observations in Dayeuhluhur Village, along with data analysis from literature as supporting evidence. Data collected is qualitatively analyzed to explain findings derived from observations and journal records. Data was gathered from primary sources such as interviews and observations, as well as secondary sources like documents. The study's findings indicate that the land administration system in Dayeuhluhur Village functions effectively. However, it also reveals that the role of the Dayeuhluhur Village government in land administration is not yet ideal due to several reasons, including weaknesses in human resources, lack of coordination with relevant agencies, deficiencies in village land administration systems and procedures, and inadequate community awareness of the importance of orderly land administration. Therefore, due to these inhibiting factors, the village government is less effective in ensuring orderly land administration, both internally and externally. By addressing these barriers, it is hoped that the village government's role in ensuring orderly land administration can be maximized to benefit the community and the village as a whole.
