Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan skor dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri penggunaan gadget pada siswa kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media pembelajaran tebak kata. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksperimen. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TKJ 1 SMK YPK Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kepada siswa untuk mengetahui kontrol diri penggunaan gadget. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa yang memiliki kontrol diri penggunaan gadget yang rendah sehingga ketidakmampuan siswa dalam mengendalikan diri dalam penggunaan gadget terutama dilingkungan sekolah dan pada saat belajar. Hasil uji analisis menggunakan uji  dan uji analisis Kolmogorov Smirnov Two Independent Samples. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan antara lain: (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kontrol diri penggunaan gadget siswa pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum (pre test) dan sesudah (posttest) dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media pembelajaran tebak kata.  (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kontrol diri penggunaan gadget siswa pada kelompok kontrol sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (posttest) dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok. (3) terdapat perbedaan yang sidnifikan kontrol diri penggunaan gadget siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang diberikan perlakuan (treatment).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the picture of academic burnout on YPK Medan Vocational School Students. The purpose of this research is too: describe the difference in scores in reducing academic burnout in students experimental group before and after being given service treatment group guidance using self-regulated learning techniques. Whereas control group before and after being given treatment with services group counseling. This research is a quantitative type of research experimental research. The object of this research is class X OTKP SMK YPK Medan. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire to students who experience academic burnout. The results of this research show that students who experience academic burnout are seen from several indicators including physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, feelings of low self-esteem, depersonalization, and decreased academic confidence. Analysis test results using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and the Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis test Teo Independent Samples. Thus, based on the research results carried out include: (1) there is a significant difference in academic burnout students in the experimental group before (pretest) and after (posttest) with group guidance services using self-regulated learning techniques. (2) there is a significant difference in students academic burnout in the control group before (pretest) and after (posttest) with group guidance services. (3) there are significant differences in student academic burnout between groups experimental and control groups given treatment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of student procrastination in learning at Muhammadiyah 01 Medan High School students. The purpose of this research is to describe the difference in scores in reducing student procrastination in learning among experimental group students before and after being given information service treatment using self-management techniques. Meanwhile, the control group was given treatment before and after being treated with information services. This research is quantitative research with an experimental research type. The objects of this research were class X MIA students at SMA Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire to students to determine students' procrastination in learning. The results of this research show that students have high levels of procrastination in learning, resulting in students' inability to control their time while studying, especially in the school environment and while studying. The analysis test results used the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and the Kolmogorov Smirnov Two Independent Samples analysis test. Thus, based on the results of research conducted, among others: (1) there is a significant difference in student procrastination in learning in the experimental group before (pretest) and after (posttest) with information services using self-management techniques. (2) there is a significant difference in student procrastination in learning in the control group before (pretest) and after (posttest) with information services. (3) there is a significant difference in student procrastination in learning in the experimental group and the control group who were given treatment. Thus, information services using self-management techniques to reduce student procrastination in effective learning are carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 01 Medan.

Abstract

Layanan individu adalah merupakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang memungkinkan peserta didik yang mendapatkan layanan langsung secara tatap muka dengan guru pembimbing (Konselor) dalam rangka pembahasan dan pengentasan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan kebiasaan sikap prokrastinasi siswa MTs YPI Al-Hasanah Tanjung Leidong. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs YPI Al-Hasanah Tanjung Leidong Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 yang ingin diatasi menurunkan kebiasaan sikap prokrastinasi yang berjumlah 3 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektivitas Konseling Individu Menggunakan Pendekatan Konseling Self Untuk Menurunkan Kebiasaan Sikap Prokrastinasi Pada Siswa Di MTs YPI Al-Hasanah Tanjung Leidong.
