<![CDATA[The main factor in the success of a company or organization lies precisely in its resources, in this case human resources, namely planning, implementing, directing and controlling all operational activities of the company or organization, whether or not they occur within the company or organization. With this, in order to maximize the human resources in the field, the Project Leader must develop strategies in carrying out the functions of the work unit which are classified as minimalist for maximum results in the performance of the work unit, especially in leadership factors. This is very necessary because the Project Leader will organize the course of the project systematically by involving many human resources both internal to the project and with external parties. Output the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews will be analyzed and presented in identifying the success factors category of Leadership based on literature studies and literature, then analyze what factors are the determinants of success (key success factor) Leadership in maximizing the performance of the project work unit. The results showed that there are 10 Key Success Factors which include the right good communication; Appropriate decision-making; Involvement until the project is completed; Technical ability; Appreciate every idea of subordinates; Project organizing skills; Good planning ability; Have new ideas; Future-oriented; Operator skills in using equipment. Abstrak Faktor utama keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi justru terletak pada sumber daya yang dimilikinya, dalam hal ini sumber daya manusia, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengarahan dan pengendalian seluruh kegiatan operasional perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut, baik itu maupun tidak terjadi di dalam perusahaan atau organisasi. Hal tersebut agar dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya manusia yang ada dilapangan maka Pimpinan Proyek harus menyusun strategi – strategi dalam menjalankan fungsi unit kerja yang tergolong minimalis untuk hasil yang maksimal dalam kinerja unit kerja terutama dalam faktor kepemimpinan. Hal tersebut sangatlah diperlukan karena Pimpinan Proyek akan mengatur jalannya proyek secara sistematis dengan melibatkan banyak sumber daya manusia baik internal proyek maupun dengan pihak eksternal. Output Hasil survei kuesioner dan wawancara akan dianalisa dan disampaikan dalam mengindentifikasi kategori faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh (success factors category) Kepemimpinan berdasarkan studi Pustaka dan literatur, selanjutnya menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penentu keberhasilan (key success factor) Kepemimpinan dalam memaksimalkan kinerja unit kerja proyek. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan terdapat 10 Key Success Factors yang meliputi Komunikasi yang baik; Pengambilan Keputusan yang tepat; Keterlibatan sampai dengan proyek selesai, Berkemampuan Teknis; Mengapresiasi setiap ide bawahan; Keterampilan mengorganisir proyek; Kemampuan perencanaan yang baik; Memiliki gagasan baru; Berorientasi kemasa depan; Keahlian operator dalam menggunakan peralatan.]]>
