Abstract

Salah satu fasilitas yang diperlukan dalam sebuah Sekolah Dasar yaitu jaringan internet, penggunaan internet di SDN Waingapu 4 sangat membantu siswa dan tenaga kependidikan. Pada tahun 2022 SDN Waingapu 4 mendapatkan bantuan dari pemerintah pusat berupa chromebook yang harus digunakan pada saat pelaksanaan ANBK. Pada saat pelaksanaan ANBK 2023 di SDN Waingapu 4, siswa tidak dapat menggunakan chromebook dikarenakan jaringan internet di sekolah tersebut kurang stabil. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini analisis dan perancangan manajement bandwidth, dengan menggunakan metode queue tree dimana akan dikonfigurasikan pada perangkat jaringan router mikrotik yang ada di SDN Waingapu 4, dengan menerapkan metode queue tree pada jaringan prioritas di laboratorium komputer memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pengaturan alokasi bandwidth. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk merancang jaringan komputer dengan menggunakan model Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Penerapan manajemen bandwidth menggunakan metode queue tree di SDN Waingapu 4 dapat digunakan untuk membagi bandwidth untuk ruang laboratorium, ruang kelas atas dan ruang aula serta membagi berdasarkan jumlah pengguna jaringan namun, dengan konsuekuensi terjadi penurunan throughput sebesar 44.38%. Throughput sebelum implementasi sebesar 3.297,31 Kbps dan sesudah implementasi sebesar 1.833,99 Kbps. Penurunan packet loss sebesar 46.69%, dimana sebelum implementasi sebesar 6,96% dan sesudah implementasi sebesar 3,71%. Terjadi kenaikan delay sebesar 68.53% dari sebelum implementasi sebesar 178 ms dan sesudah implementasi sebesar 300 ms. Terjadi pula kenaikan 87.86% jitter sebelum implementasi sebesar 239 ms dan sesudah implementasi sebesar 449 ms.

Abstract

Unequal bandwidth distribution between clients that are used for online tests will cause the quality connection among clients to differ. Especially when some client dominates the bandwidth. The other client will suffer to have a proper connection. Using Queue Tree bandwidth management with the type of Per Connection Queue (PCQ) the distribution of bandwidth can be done evenly among clients. The implementation of PCQ Queue Tree is able to reduce the length of ping time by 90% from 134 ms and 13 ms. Delay is decreased 47% from 17 ms to 9 ms with a very good category. Jitter decreased 41% from 17 ms to 7 ms with a very good category. Throughput increased 53% from 234.582 Kbps to 503.584 Kbps in the medium category. Meanwhile, in the packet loss parameter, there is no difference in conditions before and after the implementation of PCQ Queue Tree because there is no packet loss during the test, which means packet loss condition is in the very good category.

Abstract

Training on the Sistem Informasi Manajemen Induk Sinode GKS was conducted as part of the digitalization initiative for congregation and financial data management within Gereja Kristen Sumba (GKS), under the auspices of Sinode GKS. The training was attended by 83 participants, consisting of secretaries, church council working bodies, and treasurers responsible for managing congregation data as well as financial administration and reporting in GKS churches under the Sinode.  User evaluations (on a scale of 1 to 5) of the Sistem Informasi Manajemen Induk Sinode GKS (Simanis V.2) yielded a score of 3.95 for the congregation data management feature and 3.47 for the financial management feature. These results indicate that both the training and the Simanis application have supported the churches' needs in managing congregation and financial data, although improvements to certain features are still necessary.
