Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Placement (2) Work Discipline; (3) Employee Performance; and (4) The Effect of Placement and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Railway Engineering Center for West Java Region, either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the employees of the West Java Regional Railway Engineering Center with a sample of 50 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the placement of employees at the Railway Engineering Center for the Western Java Region was good, the Work Discipline of the Employees at the Railway Engineering Center for the Western Java Region was generally good, the employee performance of the Railway Engineering Center for the Western Java Region was currently considered good. Employee Placement and Work Discipline have an effect on the Employee Performance of the Railway Engineering Center for the West Java Region simultaneously and partially. However, partially dominant placement affects employee performance than work discipline. Because placement more dominantly affects employee performance, it becomes the first priority in improving the employee's performance. Therefore, the West Java Regional Railways Engineering Center is advised to remain consistent in arranging work placements according to their existing abilities, so that they are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Organizational Communication Climate (2) Work Motivation; (3) performance; and (4) the influence of organizational communication climate and work motivation on employee performance at PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung, either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the staff at PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Organizational Communication Climate of the employees of PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung turned out to be giving good responses, the work motivation of the employees of PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung in general was good, the performance of employees of PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung was currently considered good. Organizational Communication Climate and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung. However, partially, Organizational Communication Climate dominantly affects employee performance rather than work motivation. Because Organizational Communication Climate is more dominant in influencing performance, it becomes the first priority in improving employee performance. then employees of PT Kalmar Jaya Bandung are advised to consistently maintain the existing Organizational Communication Climate, so that they are able to work more professionally

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance in the Health Service Sector (YANKES) of the West Java Provincial Health Office, either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the employees in the Health Service Sector (YANKES) of the West Java Provincial Health Office with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that competence and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance in the Health Service Sector (YANKES) of the West Java Provincial Health Office. However, partially dominant competence affects employee performance rather than work motivation. Because competence is more dominant in influencing performance, it becomes the first priority in improving employee performance. the Health Service Sector (YANKES) of the West Java Provincial Health Office is expected to improve the competence of employees in the Health Service Sector (YANKES) of the West Java Provincial Health Office by including training and education, so that they are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine work motivation, competence and employee performance at Bank Mandiri West Java Regional Office and the effect of work motivation and competence simultaneously or partially on employee performance at Bank Mandiri West Java Regional Office. The method used is descriptive and explanatory survey methods. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees at Bank Mandiri West Java Regional Office. The population was taken as many as 30 people who were taken by census, and the analytical methods used were frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this study are that work motivation and employee competence are quite good, and work motivation has an effect on performance and competence has an effect on performance, where employee performance will increase if employees of Bank Mandiri West Java Regional Office seek to increase motivation as the first priority, and job satisfaction as the second priority. , because the dominant motivation affects employee performance than job satisfaction.
