Abstract

Legal protection has a meaning as protection by using legal means or protection provided by law, aimed at the protection of certain interests, namely by making the interests that need to be protected into a legal right. to the wages of contract workers according to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Islamic Law as well as similarities and differences. The results of this study indicate that the legal protection of the wages of contract workers between Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Islamic law is to show that legal protection of wages of contract workers has not guaranteed the welfare of contract workers and includes six things, namely: protection of workers / laborers women, protection of child workers/laborers, protection for persons with disabilities, protection of occupational health and safety, protection of labor social security and protection of wages. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law the protection provided is in the form of protection for the soul which is included in Islamic principles. As for the similarities and differences, namely that the two laws have the same goal of creating a sense of justice for workers and employers, and do not allow any arbitrariness against workers/labor. While the difference lies in the employment relationship, wages, welfare, functions and sanctions provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore Ustadz Abdul Somad's views on strengthening the Islamic brotherhood trilogy. This research method uses qualitative methods in the form of media observation studies using a content analysis approach. The results of the study concluded that in Ustad Abdul Somad's view, strengthening the Islamic brotherhood trilogy can be manifested through strengthening the value of Ukhuwah Islamiyah by strengthening the integration of the social life of Muslims for mutual understanding and help. Then, strengthening the value of Ukhuwah Wathaniyah which emphasises national unity in the midst of diversity. Furthermore, strengthening the value of Ukhuwah Basyariyah in the form of promoting universal humanitarian solidarity amid the social diversity of mankind. This research confirms that the trilogy of Islamic brotherhood can be a paradigmatic basis in realising a life of harmony amid the social plurality of humanity.

Abstract

Salah satu kelompok yang berhak menerima zakat adalah fi sabilillah yaitu mereka yang berperang dengan mengangkat senjata melawan orang-orang kafir. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan zaman sekarang ini lembaga-lembaga sosial, seperti lembaga pendidikan Islam, perpustakaan Islam, rumah sakit Islam, serta lembaga kebajikan lainnya dapat dikategorikan sebagai jihad fi sabilillah yang berhak menerima zakat. Pokok permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pendapat Yusuf Qardhawi tentang lembaga sosial keagamaan seperti lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam, perpustakaan Islam, rumah sakit Islam, serta lembaga kebajikan lainnya sebagai mustahik zakat dari golongan sabilillah? Bagaimana pula Istinbath hukum yang digunakan Yusuf Qardhawi dalam hal ini? Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian tersebut adalah library reseach. Data primer yang digunakan adalah kitab Fiqhu al- Zakat karya Yusuf Qardhawi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapat Yusuf Qardhawi tentang diperbolehkannya lembaga sosial keagamaan sebagai mustahik zakat dari golongan sabilillah merupakan pendapat yang dapat diterima. Menurut Yusuf Qardhawi mendirikan lembaga sosial keagamaan seperti mendirikan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan, rumah sakit Islam, perpustakaaan Islam, atau pusat kegiatan Islam lainnya merupakan media jihad pada zaman sekarang yang memberikan pengaruh besar kepada masyarakat sebagai alat propaganda penyiaran Islam.

Abstract

The concept of people's economy is one of the instruments of the economic system in Indonesia. The birth of this concept was motivated by the economic downturn at that time. During the 1997 monetary crisis in Indonesia, many economic collapses occurred. However, the concept of people's economics is still able to stand tall with the principle of mutual cooperation in developing the economy. Likewise, the concept of sharia cooperatives is currently continuing to increase by prioritizing the concept of family. The library research research approach is used to make it easier to describe research results. This is obtained through books, journals, articles and other documents relevant to the discussion theme. The results of this research show that the concept of people's economics is able to provide solutions in the development of sharia cooperatives in Indonesia. By prioritizing the principle of mutual help (at-ta'awun), people will have more confidence in transactions in sharia cooperatives. There are at least three basic components of a people's economy in developing a sharia economy, namely, the principle of togetherness, power belonging to the people and prioritizing the people at large.
