Abstract

Fuel is a liquid used in motorized vehicles. The aim of this research is to determine the difference in motorbike performance using Pertalite and Pertamax mixed with eco racing. Then the engine speed variations were given treatment starting from rpm 4800, 5000, 5200, 5300, 5400, 5500, 6500, 6700, 7000, 7100, 7500, 8000, 8500, 9000, 9500. The results showed that the octane value at 5300 rpm for torque the highest is 11.17 Nm (pertalite booster), the highest power at 6700 rpm is 9.36 kW

Abstract

Laboraturium sepeda motor Teknik Mesin UNSURI memiliki sebuah alat yang digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam kuliah praktikum. Alat itu digunakan untuk mengangkat kendaraan agar mudah dalam proses pembongkaran dan perbaikan. bike lift adalah sebuah alat pengangkat kendaraan sepeda motor agar dapat mempermudah mekanik memperbaiki dan reparasi kembali kendaraan sepeda motor. Untuk menunjang pekerjaan diperlukan perbaikan pada bike lift agar dapat digunakan kembali sebagai alat bantu media pembelajaran. Jadi perbaikan dilakukan dengan memahami, mengamati dan menganalisa kerusakan yang yang terdapat pada bike lift. Hasil perbaikan bike lift mengasilkan bike lift yang lebih efisien karena ketinggiannya dapat diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Serta penggantian sistem pengoperasian dengan tombol dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam mengoperasikan bike lift. Pompa pada bike lift juga berfungsi secara optimal karena terustersupali oli dari tanki yang terletak diatas pompa. Dari perbaikan yang dilakukan bike lift dapat mengangkat beban kurang lebih 150 kg.

Abstract

This automatic motorbike uses an automatic transmission system called CVT (Contynously Variable Transmission). CVT is a system that automatically changes speed according to engine speed. This machine does not use transmission gears, but instead uses two pulleys (front and rear) which are connected by a belt (v-belt. The advantege of a CVt automatic transmission is that it can provide speed changes in torque from the engine to the rear whells automatically. This research aims to determine the effect of roller weight on the power and engine torque of a 110 cc two wheeled vehicle. The background of this research is to determine the power and torque of motorbikes for each roller weight studied and to draw conclusions about better use of rollers weight. This research uses experimental research methods, the materials used are standard 12gr,11gr,10gr,9gr,8gr rollers, as a comparison and 110cc injection beat motorbikes. The toll used in this research is a dynamometer. This tool shows directly the maximum power results at a certain rpm. Changes in the weight of the Honda Beat 110cc CVT roller affect the power produced by the engine. Changes in roller weight can affect the size of the engine’s power and torque. This in proven by data showing changes in engine power and torque during each test. Therefore, it is hoped that the result of this test can be used as a reference for improving engine peformance in vehicles.
