Abstract

The purpose of this study is related to the phenomenon of the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of Biznet wifi users using quantitative methods that are causality. The population in this study is Biznet wifi users in Palembang. The sample set in this study uses the purposive sample method where those who have criteria for filling out questionnaires with the criteria of being domiciled in the city of Palembang and using wifi biznet. Multiple regression analysis uses spss used in this study as a tool to process and test data. The results of this study show that service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction.
