This study explores the development of an innovative real-time operating system aimed at enhancing time precision for applications with very high timing requirements, utilizing both Windows and Linux operating systems. By investigating and analyzing novel techniques in task management, priority scheduling, and hardware-software interactions, this research seeks to ensure optimal real-time performance. The findings are expected to make significant contributions to the development of critical applications requiring high accuracy and strict timing precision, and provide insights into the implementation of real-time solutions within commonly used operating system platforms.
