Abstract

The concept of a smart city which is becoming a big issue in big cities around the world encourages the active role and participation of the community in city management using a citizen centric approach so that there is a more dynamic and close interaction between citizens and service providers. The aim of implementing a Smart City is to be able to form and implement a city that is safe, comfortable, controlled and facilitates access for its citizens and strengthens the competitiveness of the city in terms of economy, social and technology. Smart cities must have a strong governance-oriented approach that emphasizes the role of social capital and relationships in urban development. The Smart City concept is no longer limited to ICT diffusion, but looks at people and society's needs. To meet and exceed citizen expectations, city leaders must innovate in core service areas in the application of the Smart City concept. In order to create innovative, creative and resilient leaders, it is necessary to design a Smart Integrated Leadership (SMILE) to support the success of a Smart City. Abstract

The purpose of implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) is to create alignment between the enterprise architecture and the strategic plans of institutions and business functions, allocation of institutional resources, and selection of information technology tailored to the institutional business needs. To develop the application of EA, an EA methodology is needed with a Blended Methodology approach from several EA (Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodologies, The Open Group Architecture Framework - Architecture Development Method (TOGAF-ADM), Oracle Architecture Development Process (OADP), Enterprise Unified Process. (EUP). By knowing the relationship between several EA methodologies, a new methodology can be generated that can help develop the EA implementation of an institution to achieve its strategic objectives.

Abstract

Community service activities that will be carried out at SMAN 3 Parepare are community service activities that will be carried out based on problems in partner schools, namely in the teaching and learning process where teachers provide material and assignments by explaining directly to students without any media and learning technology. A learning process like this can reduce student enthusiasm for learning, so learning objectives cannot be adequately achieved. The purpose of this service activity is to provide an introduction and training to teachers and students regarding Google Workspace for Education, which has advantages such as having virtual classes, online absences, implementing online video streaming/face-to-face learning, being able to assess student assignments directly, availability of facilities which can assist students and teachers in terms of uploading and downloading lesson materials and projects, providing discussion forum facilities, as a simple and flexible tool to increase the effectiveness of collaboration between teachers and students and as a comprehensive solution in the use of technology for teachers to be able to develop professionally, work efficiently, teaching interactively by utilizing Google Workspace for Education for learning, and being able to increase student learning enthusiasm to encourage academic integrity to support active, innovative and creative learning.

Abstract

Abstract

Behind the widespread proliferation of malware, IT experts have developed robust security systems to minimize the risk of malware infection. In the Windows security system, numerous software solutions have been created to prevent malware threats, including Windows Defender, which serves as the core of Windows security, virus & threat protection, real-time protection, firewall & network protection, account protection, and many more. This study uses a qualitative approach based on literature review. The results indicate that by integrating machine learning technology, enhancing security features, and adopting a layered approach, the strategy for developing the Windows operating system has successfully strengthened protection against malware threats. These measures not only improve the ability to detect and respond to threats but also ensure that users can enjoy a safe and protected computing experience.
