Abstract

Melalui berbagai cara memberdayakan potensi untuk menjadi wirausaha baru yang perlu ditingkatkan bagi wirausaha pemula salah satunya adalah meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, belajar hal baru, mempraktekkan dan evaluasi diri dari hasil yang dicapai. Banyaknya macam-macam batik yang ada di wilayah Tulungagung, dapat memberikan inspirasi untuk menciptakan produk baru yaitu batik Sibori melalui pelatihan pemberdayaan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa manajemen dan akuntansi, dengan metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dan pembekalan batik sibori dibawah pembinaan Inkubator Bisnis

Abstract

In the world of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the NIB (Business Identification Number) has a very important role, namely it is an official identity that provides legal recognition for MSME businesses which provides access to various conveniences in doing business. This is intended to provide official value for an identity. issued by the Online Single Submission (OSS) Institute. NIB (Business Identification Number) is the identity number of business actors regulated in the standard classification of Indonesian Business Fields (KBLI). The NIB registration method can be done with OSS by preparing the existing requirements. Through NIB registration, business owners can also obtain other registration documents needed for business licensing such as NPWP, letter of approval for plans for the use of labor and for SIUP. By having an NIB, the legality of business actors will be more legally guaranteed when running their business.

Abstract

Abstract Employee productivity in managing an organization and institution is the driving force behind this study. This study is a descriptive qualitative study that uses data reductionanalysis techniques, data presentation, and data verification to show how the objectlimitations of loyalty, excitement, and work discipline were determined through the processof interviews, observation, and documentation. Using fingerprint attendance, implementingthe work culture of the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency, providing activities thatincrease cohesion, spiritual and mental development of employees, and enforcingdisciplinary measures are some of the steps taken to increase productivity of the NationalNarcotics Agency employees in Tulungagung Regency. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh produktivitas karyawan dalam mengelola suatu organisasi dan lembaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifatdeskriptif, dimana data yang diperoleh melalui proses wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi yang mengenai batasan objek loyalitas, semangat, disiplin kerja dengan teknikanalisis reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Upaya yang dilakukan untukmeningkatkan produktivitas karyawan badan narkotika nasional kabupaten tulungagungadalah menggunakan absensi fingerprint, menerapkan budaya kerja BNN RI, menyajikankegiatan yang menambah kebersamaan, pembinaan rohani dan mental karyawan,memberikan sanksi terhadap karyawan yang melanggar aturan kedisiplinan.

Abstract

The success of village government leaders in influencing their village apparatus, one ofwhich can be determined by the leadership style used. The more the leadership style usedis favored by subordinates, the easier it is for leaders to influence and mobilizesubordinates. So that leaders can move their subordinates to achieve predeterminedorganizational goals. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of autocratic,democratic and leissez faire leadership styles on improving the performance of villageofficials in the Boyolangu District Area both simultaneously and partially. The resultsshowed that simultaneously (simultaneously) the autocratic, democratic, and laissez faireleadership style variables had a positive and significant effect on improving theperformance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. This is evidencedby the value of Fcount (361.619) greater than Ftable (2.38) or Fsig (0.000) < α (0.05).Autocratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on improving theperformance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. This is evidencedby the value of tcount (3.818) greater than ttable (2.72) or tsig (0.000) less than α (0.05).Democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on improving theperformance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. This is evidencedby the tcount value (6.486) is greater than the ttable (2.72) or tsig (0.000) is smaller thanα (0.05). The laissez faire leadership style has a positive and significant effect onimproving the performance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. Thisis evidenced by the value of tcount (3.332) greater than ttable (2.72) or tsig (0.001)smaller than α (0.05). Democratic leadership style has the most dominant influencecompared to other independent variables. This is evidenced by the amount of Partial Rfor the democratic leadership style variable has the greatest value compared to othervariables (autocratic leadership style = 0.389, democratic = 0.582, and laissez faire =0.345).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the provision of a reward system and work discipline in sales. The reward system is very influential to motivate sales people to keep working hard. And discipline is also needed for the progress of the company. This research is quantitative research in which the data obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results obtained from this study are that rewards have a significant effect on sales performance, work discipline has a significant effect on sales performance. The reward system and work discipline are the foundation and initial capital to work with in each individual as well as a trigger in increasing the productivity of sales people. To increase sales productivity, superiors provide rewards in the form of money/goods to sales people who succeed in achieving work targets and also impose sanctions on sales who violate disciplinary rules.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of entrepreneurship in overcoming Indonesia's high unemployment rate. Success in building a successful economy also depends heavily on the characteristics and competencies of each entrepreneur. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial competencies, and business location on business success in the Marble Craft Industry of Gamping Village, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is Quantitative with the type of Explanatory Research. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling with a sample size of 75 Marble Craft Industry entrepreneurs, and data processing uses the SPSS version 27 program. The study results indicate that partially entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies have a significant positive effect. In contrast, business location significantly negatively affects business success in the Marble Craft Industry of Gamping Village, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency. Simultaneously, entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial competencies, and business location have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on business success in the Marble Craft Industry of Camping Village, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency.
