Abstract

This study aims to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the shares of Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020 to 2022, focusing on the optimal portfolio perspective. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population studied was all Islamic banking companies listed on the IDX during the period mentioned. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, with certain criteria to select Islamic banking companies listed on the IDX during the period 2020 to 2022. As a result, three stocks were selected as samples of this study. This study uses a single index model to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed that of the three stocks sampled, none met the criteria to be included in the optimal portfolio. These stocks are considered not meeting the standards set because the expected return value is smaller than the systematic risk value. Nonetheless, these findings provide valuable insights into the performance of stocks of Islamic banking companies on the IDX during the study period. In addition, it also highlights the importance of conducting periodic portfolio evaluations to identify potential changes in stock performance and optimize the allocation of financial resources. This study makes an important contribution to the understanding of optimal investment strategies in the context of Islamic banking companies in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran modal kerja bersih terhadap profitabilitas pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah perputaran modal kerja atau Working Capital Turnover (WCT) diukur dengan membandingkan penjualan dan modal kerja bersih dengan satuan ukur kali adapun, profitabilitas atau Net Profit Margin (NPM) diukur dengan membandingkan laba bersih dan penjualan bersih dengan satuan ukur persentase. Populasinya yaitu laporan keuangan pada PT. Semen Tonasa periode tahun 2014-2016, sedangkan sampelnya yaitu laporan neraca per bulan dan laporan laba rugi per bulan dari tahun 2014-2016 pada PT. Semen Tonasa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan analisis perputaran modal kerja (WCT), analisis profitabilitas (NPM), analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi serta uji-t melalui program SPSS for Windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan perputaran modal kerja PT. Semen Tonasa mencerminkan perubahan tingkat profitabilitas, artinya bahwa setiap peningkatan dan penurunan perputaran modal kerja disertai dengan peningkatan dan penurunan profitabilitas pada PT. Semen Tonasa. Kata Kunci : Perputaran modal kerja, Profitabilitas. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of net working capital turnover on profitability at PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency. The variable in this study is working capital turnover or Working Capital Turnover (WCT) measured by comparing sales and net working capital with units of measurement times, while profitability or Net Profit Margin (NPM) is measured by comparing net income and net sales with percentage units of measure. The population is the financial statements at PT. Semen Tonasa for the period 2014-2016, while the samples are monthly balance reports and monthly income statements from 2014-2016 at PT. Semen Tonasa. Data collection using documentation techniques. The data collected was processed using working capital turnover analysis (WCT), profitability analysis (NPM), simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and t-test through the SPSS for Windows version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that working capital turnover has a positive and significant effect. to profitability with a contribution of 38.5%. This shows that changes in the working capital turnover of PT. Semen Tonasa reflects changes in the level of profitability, meaning that every increase and decrease in working capital turnover is accompanied by an increase and decrease in profitability at PT.
