<![CDATA[Abstract. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was an effect of plastic ball media modification on the bottom passing skills of volleyball grade 7 C. SMP Negeri 3 Entikong. Because students when passing are still not right such as body positions consisting of initial attitudes, implementation attitudes and final movements. The research method used is an experimental research method with a pre-experimental design design one-group pretest-posttest design with an initial test and a final test. The results showed that there was a significant influence of plastic ball media modification on the bottom passing skills of volleyball grade 7 C students of SMP Negeri 3 Entikong. The results of the correlation calculation data are r count of 0.606 and R table 0.514. From these data, it can be seen that using plastic ball media modifications on bottom passes has a significant influence. The calculation of the results of simple linear regression data analysis contains a constant equation value (a) of 7.918 and a coefficient value (b) of 0.420. Keywords: Plastic Ball Media Modification, Volleyball Bottom Passing Skills.Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh modifikasi media bola plastik terhadap keterampilan passing bawah bola voli siswa kelas 7 C SMP Negeri 3 Entikong. Dikarenakan siswa-siswi pada saat melakukan passing masih kurang tepat seperti posisi tubuh yang terdiri dari sikap awal, sikap pelaksanaan dan gerakan akhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian experimen dengan desain pre-experimental design rancangan one-grup pretest-posttest design dengan adanya tes awal dan tes akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan modifikasi media bola plastik terhadap keterampilan passing bawah bola voli siswa kelas 7 C SMP Negeri 3 Entikong. Hasil data perhitungan korelasi terdapat r hitung sebesar 0,606 dan R tabel 0,514. Dari data tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa menggunakan modifikasi media bola plastik pada passing bawah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Perhitungan hasil analisis data regresi linier sederhana terdapat nilai persamaan konstanta (a) sebesar 7.918 dan nilai koefisien (b) sebesar 0.420.
