Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1)Mengetahui penerapan hidden curiculum Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Islam Sudirman Kaliangkrik kelas X dalam membentuk karakter Islami Peseta didik, (2)Mengetahui strategi dalam penerapan hidden curriculum Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter Islami peserta didik kelas X SMA Islam Sudirman Kaliangkrik, (3) Mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi pada saat penerapan hidden curriculum Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter Islami peserta didik kelas X SMA Islam Sudirman Kaliangkrik.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research), yaitu proses eksplorasi dan memahami perilaku individu atau kelompok, menggambarkan masalah sosial atau masalah kemanusiaan. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan skunder. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan hidden curriculum PAI di SMA Islam Sudirman Kaliangkrik antara lain: (1)Penerapan hidden curriculum PAI yang pertama yaitu berupa, Hafalan surah dan asmaul khusna, Sholat dzuhur berjamaah, Kultum, Adzan, Tahlilan, Yasinan, Menyapa mengucapkan salam sesama teman atau kepada guru, (2)Strategi penerapan hidden curriculum antara lain: hafalan surah pendek dan membaca asmaul khusna dipimpin oleh guru, sholat dzuhur berjamaah dilakukan oleh semua warga sekolah dipimpin oleh guru laki-laki, kultum dilakukan setelah sholat dzuhur berjamaah, adzan dilakukan secara bergilir mulai dari kelas X, tahlilan setiap satu bulan sekali dipimpin oleh guru PAI, Yasinan dilakukan setiap satu bulan sekali. Menyapa dan mengucapkan salam dari mulai guru yang memberikan teladan, (3)Hambatan penerapan hidden curriulum antara lain: beberapa anak masih lemah dalam mengingat dan membaca, hambatan dari tempat aula yang sempit untuk sholat berjamaah, beberapa anak belum bisa percaya diri untuk kultum, ketika dapat jatah adzan masih ada beberapa anak yang suka menghindar dengan berbagai alasan, beberapa anak belum bisa memimpin tahlil dan yasinan, beberapa anak masih malu dalam menyapa teman atau guru.Kata Kunci : Karakter, Hidden Curriculum Pendidikan Agama IslamThe purpose of this study is: (1) To understand the implementation of the hidden curriculum of Islamic Education at Sudirman Islamic High School Kaliangkrik for Class X in shaping the Islamic character of students, (2) To identify the strategies in the implementation of the hidden curriculum of Islamic Education in shaping the Islamic character of Class X students at Sudirman Islamic High School Kaliangkrik, (3) To identify the obstacles encountered during the implementation of the hidden curriculum of Islamic Education in shaping the Islamic character of Class X students at Sudirman Islamic High School Kaliangkrik.This research employs qualitative research, which involves exploring and understanding individual or group behaviors, and describing social or humanitarian issues. Data sources include primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.The research findings indicate that the implementation of the hidden curriculum of Islamic Education at Sudirman Islamic High School Kaliangkrik includes: (1) The first aspect of the hidden curriculum of Islamic Education involves memorization of Quranic verses and the Beautiful Names of Allah (asmaul husna), congregational Dhuhr prayer, religious sermons (kultum), call to prayer (adzan), communal recitation for the deceased (tahlilan), communal recitation of Surah Yasin (Yasinan), and greeting with peace (salam) among peers or teachers. (2) Strategies for implementing the hidden curriculum include guided memorization sessions of short Quranic verses and recitation of asmaul husna led by teachers, Dhuhr prayer performed collectively by all school members led by a male teacher, kultum delivered after the congregational Dhuhr prayer, rotation-based adzan starting from Class X, monthly tahlilan led by the Islamic Education teacher, and monthly Yasinan recitations. Greeting and expressing peace starting from teachers who set examples. (3) Obstacles to implementing the hidden curriculum include some students struggling with memorization and recitation, limited space in the prayer hall for congregational prayer, some students lacking confidence in delivering religious sermons, occasional avoidance of assigned adzan duties by some students for various reasons, some students being unable to lead tahlil and Yasinan recitations, and shyness among some students in greeting peers or teachers. In summary, the study provides insights into how the hidden curriculum of Islamic Education is implemented at Sudirman Islamic High School Kaliangkrik, the strategies employed, and the challenges faced in shaping the Islamic character of Class X students.
