Abstract

This systematic review focused on understanding the impact of big data on marketing productivity, following the guidelines of systematic literature reviews and using the PICOC (problem/population, intervention, comparison, results, context) method. 50 high-impact articles were selected in Scopus, prioritizing those in the areas of engineering, computer science and business, and published between 2020 and 2023. These articles, selected for their relevance and contribution to the study objectives, showed that the big data offers notable benefits in the marketing industry. The ability to customize marketing strategies to individual customer needs, improved optimization, and a better understanding of customer behaviors and preferences were key aspects. These findings highlight how big data can boost productivity in marketing, strengthening customer relationships and increasing loyalty by improving understanding and adaptation to the specific demands and preferences of each customer. This deeper, more personalized approach to consumers represents a significant shift in the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing strategies in the current era.

Abstract

This systematic review explores the implementation of blockchain technology as a digital governance tool, focusing specifically on the Peruvian context. In the digital transformation era, blockchain has established itself as an innovative solution to manage and authenticate information. This research focuses on optimizing administrative and governmental processes in Peru, a country where document verification is crucial in legal, financial, educational, and medical procedures. The methodology used follows the problem/population, intervention, comparison, outcome, context (PICOC) model. 56 high-impact articles were selected in Scopus, prioritizing those in the areas of engineering, computer science, and business, and published between 2022 and 2025. The objective was to define the scope and structure of the research questions. These questions address the implementation of blockchain and its applications in digital governance to ensure security and reliability in administrative procedures. Through a comprehensive literature review, we seek to provide a comprehensive view of how blockchain could transform the interaction between citizens and the Peruvian government by automating document verification. In addition, successful cases from other countries and similar sectors will be analyzed, evaluating their feasibility and applicability in the Peruvian context. This approach will allow us to identify both the potential benefits and the challenges and implications associated with the integration of blockchain into government processes in Perú.

Abstract

This research examines in detail how business intelligence (BI) supports and guides organizations in decision-making for their plans. The paper warns that the BI tool must be adapted to users' real needs. It's super crucial to keep all the important info in one spot. This optimizes resources and boosts the system's capabilities. The study used a set approach to tackle its main question. This included much searching through big science lists. Scopus and Web of Science were on the list. The search term was a particular word used to pinpoint documents. The review looked at studies from 2019 to 2025. Initially, we found 77 papers. Rules were then applied to include or exclude papers. These descartes criteria take into account the kind of paper, the language used, and how relevant it is to the subject. In the end, 24 papers went through the peer review process. These were reviewed following the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The findings indicate that the application of BI considerably improves the group’s ability to attain superior goals. Some research showed a 93% boost in productivity. Profits went up by 65%, too. These results come only from articles written in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. They mainly focus on explaining the functioning in wealthier nations. The results really show off the main perks of BI. It facilitates informed decision-making more easily for all organisations.
