Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of stock beta and financial performance on stock returns by using stock beta, current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), price to book value (PBV), net profit margin (NPM) as measuring instruments for the dependent variable and using stock return as measuring instrument for the independent variable. The sample population of the study was 32 companies in the LQ45 Index for the period 2017-2022. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique for this study. The results of the study found that there were differences in research results before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, stock beta, current ratio (CR), price to book value (PBV), Net Profit Margin (NPM) had a significant positive effect on stock returns and debt to equity ratio (DER) had a significant negative effect on stock returns. During the Covid-19 pandemic, stock beta, current ratio (CR), price to book value (PBV), net profit margin (NPM) had a significant negative effect on stock returns and debt to equity ratio (DER) had a significant positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract

After conducting a series of preparatory meetings in October and November 2023, the PKM implementation method was carried out using the webinar and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) methods. The activity was carried out online via Zoom on November 17, 2023 at 01.00-04.30 PM. This PKM activity was also broadcast live on Youtube. This activity was attended by more than 100 students and more than 10 lecturers from the Faculty of Business Management, Respati Indonesia University (FMB URINDO) who were interested in developing a new study program in the field of digital business. In the FGD session, the PKM team and the FMB URINDO lecturer team managed to reach a common view on 4 important things in establishing a digital business study program. These four important things are graduate profiles, lecturer profiles, curriculum structure, and study materials. Graduate profiles include young entrepreneurs, business consultants & marketing professionals. The lecturer profiles include: academics in the fields of business and IT and experienced as practitioners in the e-commerce industry and product marketers. The curriculum structure includes IMTI and mandatory courses with a minimum total of 144 credits according to the DIKTI SN standard and there is an MBKM scheme. Study materials include several examples of Syllabus for IoT, Fintech, Digital Business Ethics, Digital Business Simulation & Mentoring & Digital Marketing courses. ABSTRAK  Setelah melakukan rangkaian rapat persiapan pada bulan Oktober dan November 2023, metode pelaksanaan PKM dilangsungkan dengan menggunakan metode webinar dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara daring melalui media Zoom pada tanggal 17 November 2023 pukul 13.00-16.30 WIB. Kegiatan PKM ini juga ditayangkan di Youtube secara live. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh lebih dari 100 mahasiswa dan lebih dari 10 dosen Fakultas Manajemen Bisnis Universitas Respati Indonesia (FMB URINDO) yang tertarik untuk mengembangkan prodi baru di bidang bisnis digital.. Dalam sesi FGD, tim PKM dan tim dosen FMB URINDO berhasil mencapai kesamaan pandangan tentang 4 hal penting dalam pendirian prodi bisnis digital. Keempat hal penting ini adalah profil lulusan, profil dosen, struktur kurikulum, dan bahan kajian. Profil lulusan meliputi wirausahawan muda, konsultan bisnis & profesional pemasaran.  Untuk profil dosen meliputi: akademisi bidang bisnis dan IT serta berpengalaman sebagai praktisi bidang industri e-commerce dan pemasar produk. Struktur kurikulum ada mata kuliah inti dan wajib denga total sks minimum 144 standar SN DIKTI dan ada skema MBKM.  Bahan kajian meliputi beberapa contoh silabus mata kuliah IoT, Fintech, Etika Bisnis Digital, Simulasi & Mentoring Bisnis Digital & Pemasaran Digital.

Abstract

Gusti Ayu Ngurah Megawati (Mrs. Mega) is the female owner of the Temon Palm Sugar UMKM, Tenggar Hamlet,Temon Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan. This great woman started a business making temon palm sugar in 2020.When in 2020, Mrs. Mega and her husband went home to Pacitan, it turned out that the Covid pandemic hit. As aresult, they couldn't return to Kalimantan. The dif icult and uncertain economic situation made this husband andwife take the initiative to make natural products from the local area. One of the agricultural products produced andwhich has been an occupation for generations is a product from palm trees, commonly known as palm sugar.According to her extraordinary perseverance, this palm sugar business has developed extraordinary. Based ondiscussions with Mrs. Mega, an agreement was achieved to an online interactive webinar on 12 November 2023involving the PKM team and Mrs. Mega as speakers as well as PLUT KUKM Pacitan together with women MSMEactors in Pacitan as an audience. An important result of the PKM activity on November 12 2023 was thecommitment between the PKM team and Mrs. Mega who acted as a speaker with an audience of women MSMEactors who were coached to immediately implement digital marketing to support future business development. Oneform of commitment achieved is the determination of women MSME actors to further update their business profilesdigitally, both blogs and websites, and they will be more serious about using social media and market placesappropriately. ABSTRAK; Gusti Ayu Ngurah Megawati (ibu Mega) merupakan sosok wanita pemilik dari UMKM Gula Aren Temon, Dusun Tenggar, Desa Temon, Kecamatan Arjosari, Pacitan. Sosok wanita hebat ini memulai usaha pembuatan gula aren temon tahun 2020.. Ketika tahun 2020 bu Mega dan suami mudik ke Pacitan, ternyata pandemi covid melanda Akibatnya mereka tidak bisa kembali ke Kalimantan. Keadaan ekonomi yang sulit dan tidak menentu membuat pasangan suami istri ini berinisiatif untuk membuat produk alamiah daerah setempat Salah satu hasil pertanian yang dihasilkan dan sudah merupakan pekerjaan turun-temurun adalah produk dari pohon aren yang biasa dikenal dengan gula aren. Berkat ketekunan luar biasa dari ibu Mega maka usaha gula aren ini berkembang luar biasa, sehingga hal inilah yang mendorong dilakukannya PKM ini. Berdasarkan dua kali diskusi dengan ibu Mega pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2023 dan 29 September 2023 maka diperoleh kesepakatan PKM dalam bentuk webinar interaktif secara daring tanggal 12 November 2023  melibatkan tim PKM dan bu Mega sebagai pihak pembicara serta pihak PLUT KUKM Pacitan bersama wanita pelaku UMKM di Pacitan sebagai audiens.  Hasil penting kegiatan PKM tanggal 12 November 2023 adalah komitmen antara tim PKM dan bu Mega yang bertindak sebagai pembicara dengan para audiens wanita pelaku UMKM yang dibina untruk segera menerapkan  pemasaran digital untuk mendukung perkembangan bisnis ke depan. Salah satu bentuk komitmen yang dicapai adalah tekad wanita pelaku UMKM untuk lebih memperbaharui profil bisnis mereka secara digital baik blog dan website serta mereka akan lebih serius lagi dalam menggunakan media sosial dan market place secara tepat guna.
