Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1). To find out whether there is an influence of competitive culture on the achievement of Santri Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. 2). To find out whether there is an influence of discipline culture on the achievement of Santri Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. 3). To determine the influence of Competitive Culture and Disciplinary Culture together on the Achievement of Santri Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The number of samples in this study was 109 respondents. The respondents in this research were all female students of Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling techniques or saturated samples. Data collection techniques include giving questionnaires to respondents, observation and documentation. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests and t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneous) are used. The test results show that: 1) partially influences the achievement of the students of Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. Partial test results show that Competitive Culture (X1) has a regression coefficient of 5.291 > 1.980, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Disciplinary Culture (X2) has a regression coefficient of 2.838 > 1.980, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Both variables have a significance value of <0.05. Thus the results of the t test (partial) show that there is a positive and significant influence of competitive culture (X1) and disciplinary culture (X2) on the achievement of students (Y) Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai mutu layanan kesehatan, khususnya pada layanan rawat jalan yang melibatkan interaksi cepat dan kompleks. Faktor eksternal seperti waktu tunggu, kebersihan fasilitas, kenyamanan ruang tunggu, serta komunikasi non-medis dengan staf telah diidentifikasi sebagai penentu signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor-faktor eksternal dan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan berdasarkan penelitian primer periode 2020–2025. Artikel dikumpulkan dari basis data Scopus, PubMed, dan jurnal terakreditasi SINTA dengan kriteria inklusi berupa penelitian primer, desain kuantitatif atau kualitatif, sampel pasien rawat jalan, dan akses full-text. Sebanyak 20 artikel dikaji, dengan 16 artikel yang dianalisis lebih lanjut karena secara spesifik menggunakan sampel pasien rawat jalan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu, kebersihan lingkungan, kenyamanan ruang tunggu, dan kualitas interaksi non-medis menjadi faktor eksternal paling dominan yang memengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan mutu layanan non-medis perlu menjadi prioritas dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

MSMEs face challenges in improving business performance amid increasingly fierce competition and shifts in consumer behavior in the digital era. Low customer engagement and suboptimal e-commerce use remain key constraints on leveraging digital opportunities. This study aims to analyze the effects of customer engagement and e-commerce utilization on MSME performance, with product innovation as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners in Jepara Regency. A total of 140 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that customer engagement and e-commerce utilization have significant positive effects on product innovation and MSME performance. E-commerce shows a strong direct effect on product innovation (β = 0.589, p < 0.001) and MSME performance (β = 0.409, p < 0.001), while customer engagement significantly influences product innovation (β = 0.484, p < 0.001) and performance (β = 0.566, p < 0.001). Product innovation is also proven to mediate the relationship between customer engagement and MSME performance as well as between e-commerce and MSME performance. The model explains 67.8% of the variance in product innovation (R² = 0.678) and 59.4% of the variance in MSME performance (R² = 0.594), indicating a moderate to strong explanatory power. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening digital customer engagement strategies and optimizing e-commerce utilization to enhance innovation and improve MSME performance sustainably.
