Abstract

Students think that being active in organizations can reduce academic achievement so that it causes delays in study and is faced with a dual role as a student who must excel academically and take care of ormawa. This study aims to determine the representation of academic achievement of students who are active in organizations. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that organizational activeness can increase the Grade Point Average (GPA) as evidenced that almost all award recipients are those who are actively involved in organizations. Organizational activeness can increase motivation, learning achievement as well as existence and self-actualization. Organizational activity can have a positive impact, namely an increased level of self-confidence, fostering leadership, organized time management, critical thinking, honed public speaking and having good relationships. And the strategies carried out by students to maintain academic performance include setting the Pomodoro Technique time, using an urgency matrix and flowchart to make it easier to determine the level of urgency of tasks, and involvement in the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program which can be converted to Semester Credit Units (SKS).

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan Hotel Swaloh Resort & SPA. Adapun jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan teknik kuisioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Swaloh Resort & SPA yang berjumlah 26 responden. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dimana populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 26 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji validitas data ialah metode Pearson Corelation sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach. Uji normalitas menggunakan metode Skewnes, uji homogenitas menggunakan metode Homogenity of Variance. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country that has many advantages that can be used as a resource in increasing economic growth. One of them is a tourism place. This study was conducted to find out the existence of: 1) the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction. 2) the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population is 96 visitors to Sine Tulungagung Beach using saturated sampling techniques. The method used is the questionnaire (questionnaire) method. The results of this study show that: 1. Partially the value of t-calculated > ttable is 2.365 > 1.987 and the sig. value is 0.020 < 0.05, namely there is a positive and sig. effect between facilities on visitor satisfaction. 2. Partially, the value of t-calculated > ttable is 7.768 > 1.987 and the sig. value is 0.000 <0.05, which has a positive and sig. effect between the quality of service on visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously the value of Fcal > Ftable (155.747 > 3.942) and the sig. value are 0.000 < 0.05. Adjust R Square by 0.765 or equivalent to 76.5%. This shows that 76.5% of changes in visitor satisfaction (Y) are influenced by amenities (X1) and service quality (X2). The remaining 23.5% of the change in visitor satisfaction was influenced by other factors other than the variables of facilities and service quality.

Abstract

 In the current era of educational modernization, the success of the learning process is significantly influenced by the quality of teacher-student interaction and students' discipline in participating in academic activities. This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of teaching variation on student learning outcomes, 2) the influence of learning discipline on student learning outcomes, and 3) the simultaneous influence of teaching variation and learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 77 Grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Tulungagung, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires for variables X1 and X2 and grade documentation for variable Y. The data analysis results show that: 1) partially, teaching variation does not have a significant effect on learning outcomes, with a t-value (1.016) < t-table (1.993) and a significance level of 0.313 > 0.05; 2) partially, learning discipline has a significant effect on learning outcomes, with a t-value (4.703) > t-table (1.992) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; 3) simultaneously, teaching variation and learning discipline significantly affect student learning outcomes, with an F-value (13.356) > F-table (3.12) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R² value of 0.245 indicates that the studied variables influence learning outcomes by 24.5%, while the remaining 75.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. It can be concluded that teaching variation does not have a significant effect on learning outcomes, whereas learning discipline does. Simultaneously, both variables together have a significant effect. These findings suggest that learning discipline plays a more dominant role in enhancing student learning outcomes compared to teaching variation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The effect of learning motivation on learning independence, 2) The effect of self-efficacy on learning independence. Quantitative research type with multiple linear regression analysis. The population was 145 students with a sample of 106 students. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Partially, learning motivation affects learning independence, self-efficacy affects learning independence. Simultaneously, learning motivation and self-efficacy affect learning independence. The results showed that learning motivation had a tcount value> ttable, namely 7.957> 1.983 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning independence, self-efficacy has a tcount value> ttable, namely 3.456> 1.983 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on learning independence. Simultaneously has a value of F count (69,739) > F table (3.94) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the Adjusted R Square value of 56.7% are influenced by the variables of learning motivation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2), while the remaining 43.3% are influenced by other factors outside the variables of learning motivation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2).

Abstract

Many women are starting to open their eyes to the need to care for and beautify themselves, skin care products and make-up are needed to support their appearance to be more presentable and appropriate when meeting other people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Beauty Influencers, Word Of Mouth and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions for Wardah products for Economics Education Study Program Students at Bhinneka PGRI University. The sample of this study were 64 female students of Economics Education Study Program in semester VI and VIII who were selected through Purposive Sampling with quantitative research type. Based on the results of the t test, Beauty Influencer has no effect on Purchasing Decisions for Wardah products with a tcount value of -0.271 < t table 2,000, Word of Mouth affects Purchasing Decisions with a tcount value of 2.644 > t table 2,000, Brand Image affects Purchasing Decisions with a tcount value of 6.880 > t table 2,000. Simultaneously Beauty Influencer, Word Of Mouth and Brand Image have a significant influence with an Fcount value of 47.627> Ftable of 3.150. The coefficient of determination is 68.9% of the Purchasing Decision variable (Y) is influenced by the Beauty Influencer variable (X1), Word of Mouth (X2), Brand Image (X3). Meanwhile, 31.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables in this study.

Abstract

Sandwich  generation  or  sandwich  generation  is  a condition  where someone is in a pinch like a sandwich, this sandwich generation is in a pinch in the family from their parents and also from other family members such as their younger siblings or older siblings, a condition where someone who becomes a sandwich generation must support two family members while he also has to support himself in terms of food, education, health and so on, this phenomenon has occurred a lot because of the inability of parents to be truly ready to take on their great responsibilities as parents, so that it has an impact on their children or even grandchildren and subsequent generations.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, di mana dunia usaha mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Banyak pelaku usaha yang bermunculan dalam mendirikan sebuah bisnis. Dengan munculnya banyak pelaku usaha, menjadikan banyak juga persaingan ketat antara sesama pengusaha terutama dalam bidang kuliner. Salah satunya adalah Mata Hati Cafe Tulungagung, tempat nongkrong yang menjadi minat dalam berkunjung para anak-anak muda di Tulungagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Mata Hati Cafe Tulungagung. Teknik pengambilan data dengan melakukan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner kepada para konsumen Mata Hati Cafe Tulungagung. Hasil uji penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel sebesar 19,251 > 1,979 dan juga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel sebesat 17,818 > 1,979. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu sebesar 214.,512 > 3,070. Hal ini dapat menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan variabel fasilitas (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) pada Mata Hati Cafe Tulungagung.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan anggota Persatuan Cacat Tubuh (Percatu) Tulungagung merupakan upaya penting untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dan kualitas hidup penyandang disabilitas. Program ini fokus pada optimalisasi potensi usaha yang dimiliki anggota Percatu melalui berbagai pelatihan keterampilan dan pembinaan manajerial. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, anggota dilibatkan dalam identifikasi potensi diri dan usaha masing-masing, sehingga mereka mampu memanfaatkan keunikan produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan. Selain itu, pengembangan jaringan pemasaran dilakukan untuk memperluas akses produk hingga pasar yang lebih luas, baik secara lokal maupun melalui platform digital. Hal ini mencakup pelatihan pemasaran digital, kolaborasi dengan pelaku usaha lokal, dan kemitraan strategis dengan berbagai lembaga. Dengan adanya perluasan jaringan pemasaran, diharapkan produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh anggota Percatu dapat memiliki daya saing yang lebih tinggi dan diterima di pasar yang lebih luas. Program pemberdayaan ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan anggota, tetapi juga untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri, kemandirian, dan partisipasi aktif penyandang disabilitas dalam kehidupan sosial-ekonomi. Secara keseluruhan, program ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan mendukung pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas dalam konteks ekonomi masyarakat Tulungagung. ABSTRACT

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on repurchase interest. Quantitative research type with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Partially, product quality affects repurchase interest, price affects repurchase interest. Simultaneously, product quality and price affect repurchase interest. The results of this study state that product quality has a value t-calculus > t-table namely 2,001 > 1,985, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of price on repurchase interest, the price has a value t-calculus > t-table namely 16,703 > 1,985, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of price on repurchase interest. Simultaneously it has a value t-calculus (179,244) > t-tabel (3,942) and has a value significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The result of the adjusted R Square value of 79% is the influence of the product quality variabels (X1) and price variabels (X2) and the remaining 21% is influenced by other factors that were not included in this study.
