Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh waktu tunggu pelayanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat jalan dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi di Rumah Sakit Pelita Anugerah Demak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) Smartpls 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Selanjutnya, kepuasan pasien terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien Namun waktu tunggu pelayanan dan faslitas rumah sakit tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien. Selain itu, kepuasan pasien dapat memediasi hubungan antara fasilitas rumah sakit dan loyalitas pasien. Dan kepuasan pasien dapat memediasi waktu tunggu pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan fasilitas rumah sakit dan pengelolaan waktu tunggu pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, yang pada akhirnya dapat memperkuat loyalitas pasien terhadap rumah sakit.

Abstract

The results of the Bank Indonesia survey show that there is still a low number of households that have savings accounts in banks. In addition, the number of households that can access loans at banks is also still very low. One of the problems that exist due to lack of financial knowledge so that not many people understand how to access loans in banks. For an entrepreneur or micro, small and medium enterprises are needed financial litersasi in order to easily get business capital from the bank. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide additional insight into how to plan and manage finances so that micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in West Jakarta, increase. The method of implementation of community service activities consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The results of this activity provide solutions for Micro, Small and medium enterprises in West Jakarta on how to conduct comprehensive financial planning and management, analyze financial statements, and maintain cash flow position by identifying sources of cash receipts and expenditures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance mediated by job insecurity, this research was conducted at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance, with the research subject namely Credit Marketing Officer. Total population as many as 233 people, with a sample taken 70 respondents. This study used descriptive and verification methods and data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies, as well as for data analysis techniques in this study using SmartPLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) software, with the aim of testing and analyzing data. . The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a significant influence on work motivation on performance. That there is no significant effect on job satisfaction on performance. That there is no significant effect on organizational commitment to performance. That there is no significant effect on work motivation on Job Insecurity. That there is a significant influence on job satisfaction on Job Insecurity. That there is a significant influence on organizational commitment to Job Insecurity. That there is no significant effect on Job Insecurity on performance. That Job Insecurity does not mediate work motivation on performance. That Job Insecurity does not mediate job satisfaction on performance. That Job Insecurity does not mediate organizational commitment to performance.
