Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of multicultural-based PAK learning in fostering students at school. The author uses literature study to discuss the topic. From the results of the analysis of several sources of literature, a specific description of the realization of student tolerance is inseparable from the role and position of the teacher in the school. The teaching of the Lord Jesus related to tolerance is to love your fellow human beings as yourself. Humans as neighbors must be seen and treated as objects of love where the measure of treatment for others knows no boundaries of religion, ethnicity and race but must be based on love. PAK teaches the fear of God and respect for others and helps each other sincerely regardless of class and background. For this reason, the role of PAK needs to be emphasized in the form of presenting learning materials that are in accordance with the needs of the diversity of students in schools. So that students, teachers and everyone involved in PAK can realize the teachings of Jesus in an attitude of helping fellow human beings.

Abstract

Management of the learning process based on quality capacity is the responsibility and function of school leadership. The stages of planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up efforts must take precedence in the management process in schools. The management process must be carried out properly by qualified educators so that they can guide students to find their competence as a whole. This research was written with the aim of examining the issue of managing school culture which demands the attention of all stakeholders. Creating a comfortable learning environment is influenced by the quality standards of school culture management. The research method in this article is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive correlation between the quality of the teacher workforce in terms of planning, evaluating, and using student learning outcomes. Good and careful management is a must for every learning leader as the main implementer which is effectively reflected in building consistency in the implementation of regular school culture management.

Abstract

Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) adalah pribadi yang dipanggil untuk mewakili Kristus dalam dunia pendidikan, baik melalui pengajaran, perilaku, maupun sikap hidupnya sehari-hari. Dalam perannya, guru PAK tidak hanya mentransfer pengetahuan Alkitab, tetapi juga menjadi teladan dalam menghidupi nilai-nilai Kristiani dalam 2 Timotius 2:24-25 yang mencerminkan landasan karakter yang seharusnya dimiliki guru PAK dalam menjalankan profesinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yaitu menggunakan literatur yang relevan dengan profesionalisme guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profesionalisme guru PAK tidak hanya diukur melalui kompetensi akademik, tetapi juga melalui integritas spiritual dan karakter Kristiani. Kitab 2 Timotius 2:24–25 memberikan fondasi teologis yang kuat untuk membentuk sikap profesional guru PAK yang tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga membimbing dengan kasih, kesabaran, dan hikmat ilahi.
