Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the promotion mix influences purchasing decisions at PT. Hadji Kalla, Parepare Branch.This research uses quantitative research. and qualitative with a non-probability sampling technique with the incidental sampling technique used using multiple linear regression. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application program version 29.1. The total sample was 50 customers.The results of the research show that partially the Promotion Mix has a positive influence and significant with a beta coefficient of 0.169 and a probability of 0.001 (p < 0.05), which means that if the promotion mix is better or better, the stronger the purchasing decision, while simultaneously the promotion mix (advertising, individual sales, sales promotion, and publicity) has a significant and positive effect on value significant of 0.001 (p <0.05).keyword_(1) Promotion Mix, (2)Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Asyiqah Konveksi is the topic of this study on financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this study is to determine the financial management of small, micro, and medium enterprises in MSME Asyiqah Konveksi. Asyiqah Konveksi is a type of business in the field of mass production of ready-to-wear clothing located in Kupang Permai Housing, Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. This business was founded in 2019. Behind the success of MSME Asyiqah Konveksi, there are still problems faced, especially in poor financial management. The research design on this MSME uses observation data collection and semi-structured interviews included in the qualitative methodology. Based on observations and interviews with MSME Asyiqah Konveksi, it can be said that the financial management carried out in this business is still not optimal in terms of financial management, financial management is only managed by the business owner (owner) himself. In addition, the recording carried out by the owner is still very simple with a manual system, namely recording which is still written in the cash book manually and the recording is not complete according to financial accounting rules.

Abstract

World health orgenizaton (WHO) terdapat sekitar 1,71miliar orang hidup dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal, muskuloskeletal disorder adalah penyakit pada bagian otot skeletal karena terus menerus menerima beban statis secara berulang dalam jangka waktu lama, dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada persendian, ligamen. Keluhan muskuloskeletal disebabkan nyeri tekan, atau gemetar pada otot. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pendekatan ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang pengumpulan data baik variabel sebab (independen) maupun variabel akibat (dependen) dilakukan secara bersama-sama dalam satu waktu untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perawat yang rentan usia 35-59 tahun dengan masa kerja diatas 3 tahun yang berkerja di rumah sakit pusri palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden, yaitu perawat rumah sakit pusri palembang yang mengeluh ganggguan muscuoseletal disoders (MSDs). Analisis posisi kerja dilakukan menggunakan Rapid Entire Body Map (REBA). Data yang dikumpulkan antara lain posisi tubuh, beban kerja, aktivitas fisik, repetisi, dan pegangan. Hasil akhir dari REBA ini akan memberikan indikasi level risiko dan tingkat urgensi dalam pengambilan aksi tindakan pengendalian. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara posisi kerja (P value 0,00), tidak ada hubungan yang signifiikan antara durasi (p value 0,130) dan frekuensi kerja yg nilai (p value 0,353). Posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomi dapat menyebabkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) durasi dan frekuensi tidak terdapat hubungan dengan kejadian musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs).
