Abstract

AbstractThe main focus of this study is to determine whether the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model influences student learning outcomes in Social Studies for fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa. This research aims to identify the impact of the Problem-Based Learning model on students' learning outcomes in Social Studies in fourth grade at SD Inpres Minasa Upa.This study employs a One Group Pre-Test Post-Test experimental design. It is a type of experiment involving only one class as the experimental group, without a control group, to measure the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' learning outcomes in Social Studies in fourth grade at SD Inpres Minasa Upa, Rappocini District, Makassar City, for the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of this study were 22 fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa, Rappocini District, Makassar City.Descriptive statistical analysis results indicate that implementing the Problem-Based Learning model has a positive impact on students' Social Studies learning outcomes. Students’ learning outcomes in Social Studies improved after applying the Problem-Based Learning model compared to before its implementation. Meanwhile, inferential statistical analysis using a t-test showed that the calculated t-value (????????????????????????????) was 13.44, while the t-table value (????????????????????????) was 2.079 at a significance level of ???? = 0.05. Based on the comparison, since ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted.Keywords: Problem-Based Learning Model, Student Learning Outcomes, Social Studies AbstrakFokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IV SD Inpres Minasa Upa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran IPS pada kelas IV di SD Inpres Minasa Upa.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen One Group Pre-Test Post-Test. Ini merupakan jenis eksperimen yang hanya melibatkan satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen, tanpa adanya kelompok pembanding (kelas kontrol), dengan tujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas IV SD Inpres Minasa Upa, Kecamatan Rappocini, Kota Makassar, pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Minasa Upa, Kecamatan Rappocini, Kota Makassar.Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model problem based learning memiliki dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa. Hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS setelah diterapkan model problem based learning lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sebelum diterapkan model tersebut. Sementara itu, hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai ???????????????????????????? = 13,44, sedangkan nilai ???????????????????????? = 2,079 pada tingkat signifikansi ???? = 0,05. Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Dibimbing oleh. Pembimbing I Syarifah Aeni Rahman dan Pembimbing II Ulfayani Hakim.Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana Pengaruh Strategi Joyfull Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Murid Kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Strategi Joyfull Learning terhadap hasil belajar IPS murid kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pre- eksperimen dengan jenis one group pre-test post-test design. Desain ini menggunakan dua kali pengukuran terhadap pemahan murid tentang materi yang akan dijadikan sampel. Pengukuran pertama (pre-test) dilakukan untuk melihat kondisi sampel sebelum diberikan perlakuan, yaitu tingkat pemahaman murid kelas V sebelum diterapkan strategi Joyfull Learning dan pengukuran kedua (post-test) dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman murid kelas V setelah diterapkan strategi Joyfull Learning oleh peneliti. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah murid kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki sebanyak 26 orang.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi Joyfull Learning terhadap hasil belajar IPS murid Kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar berpengaruh. Hal ini tampak pada tingkat kemampuan murid sebelum menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yaitu rata-ratanya hanya mencapai 63,3. Selanjutnya setelah menggunakan strategi Joyfull Learning nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 79,03 hal ini dilihat dari antusiasme murid selama proses pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan semangat dan kerja sama yang baik, sehingga tingkat kemampuan murid meningkat.Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa nilai ????????????????????????g yang diperoleh adalah 7,125. Derajat kebebasan (dk) = 26-1 = 25 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh ???????????????????????? = 2,06. Jadi ????????????????????????g ˃ ???????????????????????? atau 7,125 ˃ 2,060 maka Hipotesis nol (????0) ditolak dan Hipotesis alternative (????1) diterima. Hal inimembuktikan bahwa strategi Joyfull Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar murid pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Strategi pembelajaran Joyfull Learning.

Abstract

AbstractThe main problem in this study is that learning activities are still centered on the teacher, students are less focused on learning and often complain of boredom in learning, resulting in a decrease in learning outcomes for Social Science skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Science of grade V students of SDN 48 Lappae, Sinjai Regency. The type of research used in this study is Pre-Experimental Design and is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning outcome tests and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive data analysis techniques and T-Tests. The results of the study showed that the learning outcomes of Social Sciences before the application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model in the pretest had an average value of 60. While in the posttest there was an increase with an average value of 80. The results of the t-test analysis regarding the effect of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on student learning outcomes showed that the significance value obtained was good, namely the effect of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on Social Sciences learning outcomes (Sig = 0.611) was smaller than the specified alpha value of 0.05 (0.550 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which states that there is an effect of using the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences of class V students of SDN 48 Lappae, Sinjai Regency.KeywordsGiving Questions, Getting Answers, Learning Models, Students, ThematicLearning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Citizen learning model on students' active participation in Pancasila Education subject at SD Negeri 53 Banyorang, Bantaeng Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 22 fifth-grade students consisting of 11 male and 11 female students. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation sheets. The results showed that before the treatment, 63.64% of students were in the Less Active category and 36.36% were in the Moderately Active category. After implementing the Project Citizen model, 50% of students were in the Very Active category and 50% in the Active category. The paired samples t-test showed t = -19.205 with p < 0.001, indicating a highly significant effect with an average increase of 99.53%. Cohen's d effect size yielded d = 6.226 (huge effect, d > 2.0), demonstrating a very large practical influence. It is concluded that the Project Citizen learning model significantly affects students' active participation through improvements in the indicators of giving opinions, giving responses, doing assignments, and concluding learning material.
