Abstract

The purpose of this research are to know the influence of motivation, work environment, competence and compensation toward work satisfaction and employees performance in Public Work Agency of Bali Province. 150 sample were selected by stratified proportional random sampling among Public Work Agency of Bali Province employees. Data were collected by questionnaires and SEM were applies as an analysis technique. Based on statistical analysis, motivation and work environment have not significant influence toward work satisfaction but competence and compensation does have. Motivation and competence do not have significant influence toward employees performance but work environment and compensation does have. The implication is motivation, work environment, competence, and compensation need to be increased in order to improve employees work satisfaction. The increase of work satisfaction will be able to improve employees performance.

Abstract

An important task of the HR council is to help the association achieve its goals. To achieve the hierarchical goal of performing authoritative tasks proficiently and actually, techniques/procedures or HR boards are required. The existence of HR value in an association can be a significant resource in the organization that later in the future can be an ally of hierarchical progress. With the aim that the presence of HR value (HR) can determine human nature as a significant holder of employment in encouraging the association concerned. The contest that occurs will affect how the association works. This is due to the longing in each association to turn into an association that succeeds in terms of execution.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah kinerja individu yang memilki kemampuan untuk memenuhi kewajiban kerjanya, baik itu dari kualitas serta kuantitas pekerjaan dan waktu kerja menurut kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan pengaruh sikap kerja (X1) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y1), menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi (X2) dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y1). Metode berdasarkan studi literature . hasil menunjukkan Sikap Kerja dan Keterampilan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Dan komunikasi serta kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang tidak dapat dikesampingkan dalam usaha perusahaan meningkatkan kinerja.
