<![CDATA[Skrining resep dilakukan setelah menerima resep untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan dalam proses penyiapan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeahui skrining resep secara aspek administrasi, aspek farmasetik, dan aspek klinis di Klinik Pradipa Medika pada bulan Desember tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara Restrofektif. Metode perhitungan penentuan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh hasil perhitungan yang akan diteliti sebanyak 75 lembar resep dengan populasi 300 lembar resep. Hasil pengamatan menujukan bahwa kelengkapan resep sacara aspek administrasi yaitu : nama pasien 100%, tanggal lahir 96,6%, alamat 1%, berat badan 0%, nama dokter 65,3%, no SIP dokter 0%, alamat 100%, nomer telefon 100%, paraf dokter 100%, serta tempat dan tanggal penulisa resep mencapai 0%. Secara aspek farmasetik didapatkan bentuk sediaan 81,3%, kekuatan sediaan 72%, stabilitas sediaan 100%, kompabilitas sediaan 100%. Secara klinis terdapat duplikasi 97,3% dan adanya Interaksi Obat sebanyak 80%. Hasil pengkajian kelengkapan skrining resep diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien dan dapat mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pemberian. ABSTRACT Prescription screening is carried out after accepting the prescription to avoid errors in the process of preparation. The study was aimed at screening prescription screening in administrative, pharmacological and clinical aspects at the medika pradipa clinic in December 2022. This type of research is a descriptive study with restroctural data collection. The method of calculation in which samples were derived from the slovin formula, resulting in a calculation that would be examined by 75 prescriptions with a population of 300.
