Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pandemic Covid-19 terhadap jumlah wisatawan di tinjau dari 4A (Attraction, Accesbilitas, Amenitas, Anchilary) Studi Kasus masyarakat pulau harapan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat nilai Fhitung 8,534 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan antara Attraction (X1), Accesbilitas (X2), Amenitas (X3), Anchilery (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signikfikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan (Y) pada Pulau Harapan, dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung 8,534 > 2,80 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Ini artinya variabel Attraction (X1), Accesbilitas (X2), Amenitas (X3), Anchilery (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signikfikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan (Y) pada Pulau Harapan. Dan ini sekaligus menjawab hipotesis (H3) yang menyatakan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Attraction (X1), Accesbilitas (X2), Amenitas (X3), Anchilery (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signikfikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan (Y) pada Pulau Harapan. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Karya Baja Sukses.

Abstract

Abstrak. To determine the partial effect of rewards on employee performance. To determine the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance. To determine the simultaneous effect of rewards and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Optima Mandiri Persada. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population is 63 employees of PT. Optima Mandiri Persada. Using total sampling or saturation, that is, the entire population is sampled. The analysis results show that reward (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), with the regression equation Y = 15.302 + 0.846 X1. The coefficient of determination is 56%. The hypothesis test results indicate that the t-value exceeds the t-table (2.373 > 2.0030), suggesting statistical significance then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected . Similarly, work discipline (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y), with the regression equation Y = 6.707 + 1.065 X2. The coefficient of determination is 76.5%, and the t-value is greater than the t-table (7.919 > 2.0030), indicating significance. Simultaneously, reward (X1) and work discipline (X2) significantly and positively affect employee performance (Y), as represented by the regression equation Y = 5.750 + 0.242 X1 + 0.870 X2. The coefficient of determination is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is explained by other variables outside the model then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected . The F-test shows that the F-value exceeds the F-table (109.548 > 3.15), So it can be said that Rewards (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Application of Information and Communication Technology on improving the Asn Innovation of the Central Transportation Ministry. The number of samples in this study was 249 respondents using the slovin technique from all units in the Ministry of Transportation. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews with related parties. The data analysis technique used is a mix method with multiple linear regression analysis and indicator analysis. The results showed that the variables of Application of Information and Communication Technology positively affected employee innovation at a significance level of 0.05 with a regression coefficient of each of them. There is a positive and significant influence the application of information and communication technology to The Innovative with a regression coefficient (?) of 0.136 and the resulting regression equation is Y ? 115.409 ? 0.136X3 , which means that each one-level increase in the Application of Information and Communication Technology results in an innovative increase of 0.136 at the constant 115,409. Thus, the application of information and communication technology is predicted to increase employee innovation. Based on the results of the determination test calculation, it can be known that the effective contribution (SE) variable of the Application of Information and Communication Technology (X3) to Innovation (Y) is 2.11%.
