Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship and efforts to improve performance based on work motivation and organizational culture. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through library research and field research using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method involves a descriptive and associative approach, with multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and organizational culture have a partial positive effect. Simultaneously affect performance in the general section of agency x. The conclusion is that the respondents' responses to work motivation, organizational culture, and the perception of direct superiors towards employee performance in the general section of agency X are in the sufficient category, with work motivation and organizational culture partially and simultaneously affecting performance, where success and stability are the highest sub-variables, while opportunities for advancement, attention to detail, and punctuality are the lowest sub-variables. Abstract

This study aims to understand the improvement of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in the cutting production department of PT. XY. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a sample of 33 employees in the cutting production department as respondents in this study. All tests were carried out using SPSS software version 26. The data analysis used was reliability, normality, validity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, heteroscedasticity, coefficient of determination R2, F Test, and T Test. Through multiple linear regression tests, the t-test achievement was obtained, namely 6.178> 2.042 with sig. 0.000 <0.05 on variable X1, therefore it can be stated that work discipline has an effect on employee performance but is not significant, then the t value is 2.056> 2.042 with sig. 0.049 <0.05 on variable X2, thus job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of secretariat employees, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through library and field research, including interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. Respondents in this study amounted to 68 employees. The results of the study indicate that the physical work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive effect. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and work motivation affect employee performance. In conclusion, high work motivation is related to better employee performance. In addition, the response to the physical work environment in the Office of Service X is in the sufficient criteria with the highest security sub-variable and the lowest lighting, while work motivation is considered good with success as the highest variable and potential for self-development as the lowest. The performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is considered good with an emphasis on costs as the highest sub-variable and relationships between employees as the lowest. Overall, the influence of the physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of ASN in the Office of Service X shows a significant influence.
