Abstract

Personal finance behavior is a way of managing individual or family income sources. The management process is not easy to apply because there are several systematic steps that must be followed. However, knowledge of personal financial management is the first step to proper application when managing personal money. In this study, researchers wanted to examine the effect of income on understanding student financial behavior and student lifestyle on student personal financial behavior and financial literacy on the financial behavior of students majoring in Management at Pelita Bangsa University (H. N. Putri & Rahmi, 2019). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income on financial behavior decisions of Pelita Bangsa University students, to determine the effect of lifestyle on financial behavior decisions of Pelita Bangsa University students, to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior decisions of Pelita Bangsa University students. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students majoring in Management at Pelita Bangsa University, totaling 1000 people, the sample taken in this study amounted to 100 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data analysis used in this study was SPSS 27. The analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, R-Square and Test t. The results showed that: (1) Income has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of Pelita Bangsa University students. (2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of Pelita Bangsa University students (3) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of Pelita Bangsa University students.

Abstract

Currently, economic realities in Indonesia have resulted in intense competition among business people. Every company has technological advances that can help disseminate financial information to investors. Business value is important to change investor attitudes and provide a convincing reason to invest. so that companies in Indonesia are increasingly focusing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, offering the best service, and ensuring fair compensation for employees. The growth of the banking industry is very important to meet society's needs and has a significant influence on other industries. This research was conducted to find out how profitability and dividend policy can influence company value with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sample method uses purposive sampling. The samples selected in this research were 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative research and uses panel data regression. The research results show that profitability has no significant effect on company value, dividend policy has a significant effect on company value, corporate social responsibility cannot moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, however corporate social responsibility can moderate the influence of dividend policy on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and consumer behavior on using Dana Cita Pendidikan fintech among the Universitas Pelita Bangsa students’ class of 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach, this research method uses a questionnaire method to find out respondents' answers. The research results show that: 1) Financial literacy significantly influences the use of Dana Cita Pendidikan fintech. 2) Financial attitudes also influence the use of Dana Cita Pendidikan fintech. 3) Consumptive behavior also influences the use of Dana Cita Pendidikan fintech among Universitas Pelita Bangsa students. These findings provide important insights for the development of financial education strategies and increasing the use of fintech among students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, income, and lifestyle on Cikarang factory employees' interest in using the Shopee Pinjam (SPinjam) feature. Based on the results of data collection, processing, testing, and data analysis that have been carried out, as well as the discussions that have been explained, several conclusions have been obtained. The characteristics of respondents were dominated by women, 59 people (55.7%), with the majority of respondents working as entrepreneurs or factory employees, 93 people (87.7%). The majority of respondents had a monthly income of 5 to 7 million rupiah, 43 people (40.3%). Simultaneously, financial literacy, income, and lifestyle have a positive influence on Cikarang factory employees' interest in using the Shopee Pinjam (SPinjam) feature. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive effect on interest in using this feature. Among the three variables, income is the variable that most dominantly influences the interest of Cikarang factory employees in using the Shopee Pinjam (SPinjam) feature.
