<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TAT), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) on changes in profits for service companies in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The population in this study are service companies in the property and real estate sub-sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are registered in 2016-2021 with a total sample of 13 companies that meet the criteria. The data used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, model test and hypothesis testing. The test results show that the Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) have an effect on changes in earnings, while the Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TAT) has no effect on changes in profits. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TAT), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return On Asset (ROA)terhadap perubahan laba perusahaan jasa subsektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2021.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan jasa subsektorproperti dan real estate yang terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terdaftar tahun 2016-2021 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Data yang digunakan adalah data skunder.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap perubahaan laba, sedangkan Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TAT),tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perubahan laba.]]>
