Abstract

This study aims to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method to find the location of a house situated precisely on the border between Batuphat and Tambon Tunong. The issue faced by the college friends is the difficulty in determining whether the house falls within the Batuphat or Tambon Tunong area. The KNN method is used due to its ability to classify based on the nearest neighbors' distance.The data used in this research includes information on the house's location and the Batuphat and Tambon Tunong areas. The training process is conducted to form the KNN model based on the known location data, while the testing process is employed to classify the unknown house location into either the Batuphat or Tambon Tunong area.The results of the study demonstrate that the KNN method can be utilized to determine the location of a house situated on the border between Batuphat and Tambon Tunong. By considering the nearest neighbors' distance, the house can be classified into one of the areas with a high level of accuracy.This research contributes to providing a solution for college friends who face difficulties in determining the house location on the Batuphat and Tambon Tunong border. The KNN method can serve as an effective tool in addressing this problem. Moreover, this study can serve as a basis for further development in the field of location classification based on the KNN method.

Abstract

Tablighi Jamaat is not an organization originating from Indonesia but a transnational organization originating from India. The founder of the Tablighi Jamaat is Muhammad Ilyas al-Kandahlawy, born in 1303 AH in the village of Kandalah in the Muzhafar Nagar region, North Banladesh India. He died on 11 Rajab 1363 H. His full name was Muhammad Ilyas bin Muhammad Isma'il Al-Hanafi Ad-Diyubandi Al-Jisyti Al-Kandahlawi then Ad-Dihlawi. Al-Kandahlawi is the origin of the word Kandalah, a village located in the Sahranfur area. While Ad-Dihlawi is another name for Dihli (New Delhi) the capital of India. It is in this country that the headquarters of the Tablighi Jamaat movement is located.This research is a field research (field research) and this research uses an analytical description approach. The data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 families in Merangin Regency, Jambi Province as samples and Secondary Informants, namely the Tablighi Jamaat Community in Merangin Regency, Jambi Province.Based on research that the obligation to provide a living among the Tablighi Jamaat Community in Merangin Regency has been running according to what is in the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 80 Paragraph 4. Because every congregation who wants to go for khuruj they have to prepare a living that will be lived and needs during khuruj, they also have to ask permission in advance from the family who will be left behind.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia yang terus meningkat berdampak pada semakin menipisnya ketersediaan bahan bakar fosil. Seiring dengan kondisi tersebut, pengembangan sumber energi alternatif pun semakin berkembang, salah satunya adalah briket biomassa. Briket biomassa merupakan salah satu bentuk energi terbarukan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pengganti bahan bakar minyak. Namun demikian, proses produksi briket biomassa umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual karena penelitian dan pengembangan terhadap alat pemotong briket otomatis masih terbatas. Beberapa studi sebelumnya telah merancang alat pemotong briket otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino  dengan tingkat konsistensi sebesar 77,5% hingga 90,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja serta mengembangkan alat pemotong briket otomatis berbasis sistem pneumatika dengan variasi kadar air pada adonan briket sebagai variabel. Parameter yang dikaji meliputi tingkat konsistensi dan produktivitas alat pemotong briket otomatis tersebut. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi tertinggi sebesar 91,6% dan produktivitas sebesar 68,1% diperoleh pada pengujian ketiga dengan kadar air adonan sebesar 46,9%. Kinerja alat ini masih dapat ditingkatkan melalui penyesuaian kecepatan pada mesin screw extruder, modifikasi pada bidang miring tempat jatuhnya briket, serta optimalisasi bahan campuran adonan briket.
