Abstract

Examining how the 7 Ps of marketing—product, price, location, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence—affect consumers' final choices to buy is the primary goal of this study. The focus of this research is Mixue Ice Cream & Tea customers on Jalan Usman Sadar Gresik. One hundred pieces of data were culled from surveys using purposive and non-probability sampling methods. Statistical test version 26 was used for data analysis, specifically multiple linear regression analysis. Location and promotions did not have a significant impact on buying choices for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, according to the t test findings. On the other hand, product, pricing, people, process, and physical evidence all had positive and significant influences. Product, pricing, location, marketing, people, process, and physical evidence all play a role in determining whether or not someone buys Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, according to the f test findings.

Abstract

We conducted research on the role of tax audits, rewards, and tax socialization on voluntary tax compliance. Referring to the theory of taxpayer behavior 'slippery slope theory' which predicts tax compliance behavior at KPP Pratama Kepanjen. This study uses a fear approach that is reflected in tax audits and a caring approach that is reflected in rewards and tax socialization. The results of the study show that voluntary tax compliance will increase if taxpayers have the possibility to conduct a tax audit from the authority. Different results are shown by rewards that have no effect on voluntary tax compliance. Meanwhile, tax socialization can increase voluntary tax compliance.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan lilin aromatherapy yang bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan baru terkait kemungkinan usaha yang dapat dilakukan Ibu-Ibu PKK. Program ini berpotensi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan mengurangi limbah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan di desa Morobakung agar memiliki nilai tambah dan nilai ekonomis. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi tentang pembuatan lilin aromatherapy, sosialisasi manfaat lilin aromatherapy, serta pemanfaatan limbah minyak goreng yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan utama pembuatan lilin aromatherapy. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta yang berhasil memproduksi lilin aromatherapy secara mendiri. Selain memberikan keterampilan baru yang berpotensi menjadi sumber penghasilan, program ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan, baik dari segi ekonomi maupun lingkungan bagi Masyarakat.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to increase the knowledge of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in determining the selling price of Merchandise and Goods produced. This activity was carried out in Morobakung village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency to improve the economy of MSMEs. This Service Method is carried out through Counseling and Training by inviting MSME actors in Morobakung Village. Determining the selling price is very important for MSMEs because it will cause profits that cannot be calculated according to the circumstances. Abstract

Abstract Household financial management is an important thing to do in managing finances. Household Financial Management is the process of managing income, expenses, investments and savings in the family to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals. This introduction to financial management is important for PKH participant mothers so that financial conditions are better so that PKH participant mothers can have financial independence. The participants in this introduction to financial management were PKH participants in Kroman village, Gresik district, Gresik regency. This introductory activity begins with a presentation on the importance of household financial management, followed by a presentation and joint practice on managing household finances in a simple way that PKH participant mothers in the Kroman sub-district can do independently and easily remember. The results of this introduction to finance activity are that PKH participant mothers understand better that income and expenses should be calculated so that they can analyze the current family financial condition. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is the customer of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan in Store Noer Raya Gresik. A total of 95 data were collected using questionnaires with non-probality sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical test application version 20. T-test results showed that brand image, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan, while product quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan. The result of f Test shows that brand image, product quality, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan.
