Abstract

What is happening in the field now is that a person's life skills have become a job for parents to train their independence. The teenage years of today's children lead to a life of extravagance and are oriented towards a fantasy world. Another orientation of teenagers aimed at cyberspace cannot be separated from gadgets and the internet. Bad influences nowadays make it a challenge for parents to direct their children to the skills they have. Life skills are an offer to minimize problems that are only oriented to the virtual world. From an early age, children need to be introduced to developing life skills such as adapting to creativity, innovation and conceptualizing skills. Training at Alba Mandiri TPA by utilizing various sources with constructive activities. TPA Alba Mandiri provides training to its students to provide provisions from an early age to have future skills with various problems and life cycles.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of religious culture in character building in Islamic educational institutions, especially in the digital era that faces moral challenges. The cultivation of religious values, such as honesty and responsibility, is considered important to build students' character with integrity. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, which involves analyzing related literature. The results showed that the implementation of a religious culture can improve students' discipline, empathy and social care. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change need to be overcome to optimize the implementation of religious culture. A successful example can be seen at MI Tahfidz Al-Furqon Ponorogo, which successfully integrates Islamic values in daily activities, involving collaboration between the school and parents. A religious culture not only shapes individuals with good morals, but also contributes to the creation of a harmonious and civilized society. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating religious values in the education curriculum to build a young generation that is competitive and able to face the negative influence of globalization.

Abstract

The potential of students who are different from one another provides color in the school environment. Every student at least has a tendency to have skills or potential. The potential of students needs a companion in discovering the potential of each student. MTsN Pacitan provides facilities to help develop students according to their skills. The teacher provides direction by knowing the abilities of each student. Some incidents that are of concern and student abilities at least need to be observed and adjusted accordingly. Teacher attention is needed to help students discover their potential. This research uses a type of qualitative research based on reality in the field. Apart from that, this research uses interviews, observation and documentation in collecting data. That in research there are results which state that students have a bias in their potential depending on influence from friends or from themselves. Apart from that, there are significant differences between students depending on the abilities of each student. Apart from that, students have different abilities according to their talents and interests. Students have different intelligences that suit their respective abilities.

Abstract

This article discusses the role and challenges of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the digital era. This study aims to answer the question: What is the role of PAI teachers in teaching PAI in the digital era and the challenges faced in teaching PAI in the digital era? The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur. The study involved two informants, namely PAI teachers, and direct observation in the field with data triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers play a role as murabbi, mua'allim, and muaddib in guiding students to understand Islamic teachings, especially in the digital era. This study also emphasizes the importance of developing professional competence and cooperation between teachers, parents, and the community to fortify students with Islamic religious values. Adaptation to technology and relevant approaches is essential to creating a young generation that is intelligent and has noble character in the digital era.
