Abstract

Hypertension usually occurs in people of middle age and above. Causes there are several such things as, changes in the structure of blood vessels, narrowing the lumen, blood vessel becoming stiffer and reduced elasticity. As a result, the risk of developing hypertension increases with age. Treatment of hypertension involves the use of medications and changes in lifestyle habits. Medications for hypertensive patients can be both pharmaceutical and non-pharmacological. The medicinal plant has the ability to reduce high blood pressure by reducing triglyceride levels in the blood, making it a non-pharmacological treatment choice for hypertension. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment for those with hypertension is the traditional medicine made from the peppermint plant. The method used in this study is literature review. Writing is done through article search by entering keywords in Google Schoolar, Science Direcct, PubMed, and Elsevier. The keywords used in the search are Pegagan, Centella asiatica, blood pressure, Hypertension. In 5 journals results mentioned leaves of peppermint can lower blood pressure. Where the shape of the preparation of pegagan leaves varies, that is, in the form of rebusan, juice, tea or a mixture of tea leaves pegagan with other herbs.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Media dalam promosi kesehatan memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran, membuatnya lebih menarik dan memudahkan pemahaman materi oleh sasaran, terutama dalam pelayanan antenatal care. E-health merujuk pada penggunaan teknologi elektronik atau digital untuk menyampaikan informasi, sumber daya, dan layanan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Catatan Kehamilan digital sebagai media komunikasi dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Probolinggo. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Paiton. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 20 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi kuesioner dan aplikasi kehamilan digital. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t karena data berdistribusi normal. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi catatan kehamilan. Ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif penggunaan aplikasi catatan kehamilan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil. Saran: Ibu hamil disarankan untuk meningkatkan upaya dalam mencari informasi kesehatan melalui berbagai metode, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media berbasis android yang memiliki desain yang menarik dan praktis.Kata kunci : Catatan kehamilan digital, media komunikasi, pelayanan kebidanan

Abstract

The pain that teenage daughters experience during menstruation is called menstruation. An imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood, prostaglandins, and stress or psychological factors are the causes of dysmenorrhea in some women. Unpleasant feelings characterized by agitation or tension as well as abnormal hemodynamic signs caused by stimuli in the sympathic, parasympathetic, and endocrine systems are known as anxiety. Menstrual cramps can be done to prevent this from happening. One method to cure dysmenorrhea is exercise. Your body produces endorphins during exercise. The brain produces these hormones to give a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The aim of this study is to find out how effective dysmenorrheic exercises are in reducing the pain and anxiety experienced by adolescents suffering from dysmenorrea. This research uses a literature review. Google Schoolar, Science Direct, PubMed, and Elsevier are used to search for articles. The research uses keywords like dimenore, adolescent, menstrual pain, dysmenore exercise. 5 selected articles that qualify for inclusion and discussion topics. In five journal studies it was found that dysmenorrheic exercise has the potential to reduce pain during menstruation.
