Abstract

The aim of this thesis research is to find out how Qatar's policy is to end membership of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in 2019. Apart from using this research method, this research uses explanatory research. The results of the policy research show that Qatar wants to use its natural resources to develop the potential of its natural resources and wealth and wants to become the largest supplier of liquefied natural gas in the world.Keywords: OPEC, LNG, QATAR, foreign policyTujuan dari penelitian tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan Qatar dalam mengakhiri keanggotaan Organisasi Negara-negara Pengekspor Minyak (OPEC) pada tahun 2019. Selain menggunakan metode penelitian ini, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian kebijakan menunjukkan bahwa Qatar ingin memanfaatkan sumber daya alamnya untuk mengembangkan potensi sumber daya alam dan kekayaannya serta ingin menjadi pemasok gas alam cair terbesar di dunia.Kata-Kata Kunci : OPEC, LNG, QATAR, foreign policyDOI: https://doi.org/10.33005/jgp.v12i01.4309
