Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Kutambaru District Office. This research was carried out at the Kutambaru District Office. The type of research is associative quantitative. The sample in this study was 15 employees with ASN and honorary status at the Kutambaru District Office. The sampling technique in this study used the entire population of 15 people. The research results show that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on employee performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 4.104 > 1.753 and the P Value of 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that improvements in Transformational Leadership can improve employee performance at the Kutambaru District Office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Basic Training on Employee Competency of North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency employees. This research was carried out at the North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency. The type of research is associative quantitative. The sample in this study was 107 employees of the North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency. The sampling technique in this research uses saturated samples so that the entire population will be a sample of 107 people. The research results show that Basic Training has a positive but not significant influence on Employee Competency as indicated by the T-Statistic value of 2.784 > 1.659 and the P Value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that improvements in Basic Training will be able to increase the Competency of Employees of the North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency. The adjusted R Square value is 0.214 or 21.40%, which means that basic training has a low influence on employee competency, while the remaining 78.60% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency. The type of research is associative quantitative. The sample in this study was 107 employees of the North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency. The research results show that Competency has a significant influence on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 3.826 > 1.659 and the P Value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that improvements in competency will be able to contribute to improving employee performance at the North Sumatra Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competency on employee performance at the Binjai City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Office. This research was conducted using a causal associative quantitative approach. The sample used was all employees with a total of 61 people. The results of the analysis show that competency has a significant influence on employee performance (T-statistic 2,924 > 1.670; P-value 0.005 < 0.05), which indicates that increasing competency directly increases employee performance. The result of the Adjusted R Square value is 0.112 or 11.20%, which means that employee competency has a low influence on employee performance, while the remaining 88.80% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. This finding provides insight into the relationship between competency and performance, emphasizing the importance of competency in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of training on knowledge among Posyandu cadres for employees of the Binjai City Women's Empowerment, Child and Community Protection (DP3AM) Service. This research was carried out at the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Service (DP3AM) Binjai City. The type of research is associative quantitative. The sample in this study was 172 Posyandu Cadres from the Women's Empowerment, Child and Community Protection Service (DP3AM) of Binjai City. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique from the entire population of 1205 people. The research results show that training has a significant influence on knowledge as shown by the t value of 16.606 > t table 1.653 and the P value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that improvements in training can increase the knowledge of Posyandu cadres at the Binjai City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community (DP3AM) Service.

Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to see the direct and indirect effects between workload variables and interpersonal conflict as independent variables and work motivation as a moderating variable and job stress as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at BPJS Employment Branch Office Se-Medan Raya. The population of this study was 80 employees and the sample used was all the population using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data sources and the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows Interpersonal conflict has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress with an original sample value of 0.096 and p values 0.514. Workload has a positive and significant effect on job stress with an original sample value of 0.580 and p values of 0.000. Interpersonal conflict has a positive and significant effect on job stress through work motivation directly with the original sample result of 0.179 and p values 0.001. Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress through work motivation with an original sample value of 0.013 and p values of 0.802.

Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to see the direct and indirect effects between employee motivation variables and organizational commitment as independent variables and organizational culture as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at the BPJS Employment Branch Office in Kisaran. The population of this study was 55 employees and the sample used was all the population using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data source and the data collection carried out is to spread the questionnaire. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows: Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.652 and P values of 0.000. Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.642 and p values of 0.000. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.090 and p values of 0.229. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.109 and p values of 0.256. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.206 and p values of 0.003. Employee motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational culture indirectly with the original sample result of 0.132 and p values 0.250. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.022 and p values of 0.011.

This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at BPJS Employment Branch Office Se-Medan Raya. The population of this study was 80 employees and the sample used was all the population using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data sources and the data collection carried out is to distribute questionnaires. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 1.246 and P values of 0.000. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on motivation with an original sample value of 0.247 and p values of 0.074. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.278 and p values of 0.000. Management information system has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of -0.599 and p values of 0.009. Management information system has a positive and significant effect on motivation with an original sample value of 0.403 and p value of 0.012. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through motivation indirectly with original sample results of 0.069 and p values of 0.104. Information Management System has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation with an original sample value of 0.111 and p values of 0.022.
