Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap tugas pendampingan dengan motivasi menjadi pendamping pendidikan iman anak (PIA). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah kaum muda di gereja St. Athanasius Agung Karangpanas Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah incindental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 40 orang. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi menjadi pendamping pendidikan iman anak dan skala persepsi terhadap tugas pendampingan. Metode analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar rxy=0,730 dengan p= 0,000 (p<0,01), artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi terhadap tugas pendampingan dan motivasi menjadi pendamping pendidikan iman anak ( PIA). Semakin positif persepsi terhadap tugas pendampingan maka semakin tinggi motivasi menjadi pendamping pendidikan iman anak (PIA), demikian juga sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan variabel persepsi terhadap tugas pendampingan terhadap motivasi menjadi pendamping pendidikan iman anak (PIA) sebesar 53,20%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya korelasi antara trait kepribadian the big five dengan kecemasan. Adapun kriteria sampel yang gunakan adalah anggota DITBINMAS POLDA JATENG yang berjumlah 64 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman. Instrumen yang dugunakan pada variabel kecemasan adalah STAI (State Trait Anxiety Inventory) dan pada variabel kepribadian menggunakan IPIP-BFM-25. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama; terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara trait kepribadian keseluruhan dengan kecemasan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 ( p<1%), kedua; terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara trait kepribadian emotional stability terhadap kecemasan”, yang ditunjukkan dari hasil rs = - 0,289 ( p < 5 % ), ketiga; terdapat hubungan negatif dan sangat signifikan antara trait kepribadian extraversion terhadap kecemasan, yang ditunjukkan dari hasil rs = - 0,551 ( p< 1%), keempat; Terdapat hubungan negatif dan sangat signifikan antara trait kepribadian intellect terhadap kecemasan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai rs = - 0,486 ( p < 1 %), kelima; Terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara trait kepribadian agreeableness terhadap kecemasan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai rs = - 0,281 ( p < 1 %), keenam; Tidak terdapat hubungan antara trait kepribadian conscientiousness terhadap kecemasan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai rs = - 0,241 ( p > 5%).

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is a correlation between the tendency to give charity to happiness. The samples used were Lazisbi Semarang donors, totaling 270 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis used is spearman rank correlation. The instrument used on the donor's happiness variable is based on the theory of aspects of happiness from Seligman while the almsgiving behavior tendency variable uses a alms measuring instrument scale in an Islamic perspective. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between happiness and the tendency to give alms, there is a value of rs = 0.469 (p <1%). The percentage level of donor happiness variable and charity behavior tendency variable is included in high categorization, donor happiness variable reaches 87.41% and charity behavior tendency variable reaches 90.37%. In this study, there was an effective contribution of 20.5% and the remaining 80.5% came from other factors outside the focus of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-acceptance dengan quarter life crisis warga yang indekos di Kelurahan Pandansari Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 148 warga yang indekos di Kelurahan Pandansari Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data skala psikologi berupa skala likert yang terdiri atas dua skala yaitu, skala quarter life crisis 25 butir aitem (α = 0,906) dan skala self-acceptance 28 butir aitem (α = 0,893).Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (rs) = -0,271 dengan p= 0,001 (p < 0,01) yang berarti bahwa adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self-acceptace dengan quarter life crisis pada warga yang indekos di Kelurahan Pandansari sehingga hipotesis diterima. Semakin rendah self-acceptance yang dimiliki, maka semakin tinggi quarter life crisis pada warga yang indekos di Kelurahan Pandansari. Sumbangan efektif sebesar 7,3% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini dan 92,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-determination and self-adjustment among Youth Non-Commissioned Officers at the Central Java Regional Police Ditsamapta. The population in this study were all members of the Central Java Regional Police Ditsamapta youth non-commissioned officers, totaling 115 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample size was 85 people because 30 were female teenage non-commissioned officers (Polwan). Data analysis in this study used Spearman correlation analysis. This research uses a psychological scale data collection method in the form of a Likert scale which consists of two scales, namely, a 24-item self-determination scale (? = 0.957) and a 24-item self-adjustment scale (? = 0.963). Based on the hypothesis proposed, namely "There is a positive relationship between self-determination and individual self-adjustment", it can be accepted. This is shown by the significance value = 0.000, which means that the self-determination variable has a significant effect on individual self-adjustment, while the positive value of the Spearman coefficient rs = +0.915 indicates that the higher the individual's self-determination, the higher the self-adjustment, conversely, the lower the determination. the self they have, the lower their self-adjustment will be. Meanwhile, the effective contribution value of the self-determination variable to self-adjustment is 85.2%, while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-control felt by members of the Dit Samapta Polda Tengah Jateng Kalisari Semarang. The population in this study were members of the Dit Samapta Polda Kalisari Semarang, Central Java, totaling 140 people. The number of samples used in this research was 120 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This research uses a psychological scale data collection method in the form of a Likert scale which consists of two scales, namely, an emotional intelligence scale of 40 items (? = 0.907) and a self-control scale of 10 items (? = 0.887). Based on the hypothesis proposed in this research, namely: "There is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and self-control in members of the Dit Ssmapta Polda Tengah Kalisari Semarang", indicating that the hypothesis can be accepted. This is shown by the value of rs = 0.740 with p = 0.000 ( p < 1% ) meaning "Emotional intelligence influences self-control in members of the Directorate of Samapta, Central Java Regional Police, Kalisari Semarang Keywords: justice self-control emotional intelligence

Abstract

Job satisfaction for police officers is a very important factor because the satisfaction they obtain also determines a positive attitude towards work and this is influenced by a sense of organizational justice. The aim of this research is to empirically test and analyze the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction variable is measured using a Likert scale which is based on aspects of job satisfaction, namely job security, opportunities for advancement and development, salary, working conditions, and communication. The organizational justice variable is measured using a Likert scale which is based on two aspects of leadership, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice which consists of two components, namely interpersonal justice and information justice. The population in this study was members of the Salatiga Police Samapta Unit, totaling 120 people, using a saturated sampling technique / census technique. The results of this research prove that there is a positive and very significant correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction as shown by the correlation value rs = 0.816 (p < 1%), the coefficient of determination is 59.9% and the remaining 40.1%. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between internal locus of control and Fear of Success among married female police officers in MAPOLDA Central Java. The population in this study were all female police officers who were married and served at the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters, totaling 115 people with a sample of 78 married female police officers at the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling technique. This research uses a psychological scale data collection method in the form of a Likert scale which consists of two scales, namely, the internal locus of control scale with 28 items (? = 0.900) and the Fear of Success scale with 24 items (? = 0.899). Based on the hypothesis proposed in this research, namely: "There is a relationship between internal locus of control and fear of success", indicating that the hypothesis can be accepted. This is shown by the value of rs = - 0.880 with p = 0.000 (p < 5%) meaning "The higher the internal locus of control the individual has, the lower the fear of success in the individual, conversely the lower the internal locus of control the individual has, the The lower the fear of success in the individual." The effective contribution value of the internal locus of control variable to the fear of success is 74.9%, while most of the peace, namely 25.1%, is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between hedonistic lifestyle and consumptive behavior in purchasing cosmetic products among teenage girls at SMP Nasima Semarang with a sample size of 136 students. Data collection was done using a consumptive behavior scale consisting of 24 items using a sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Rank Spearman correlation statistical technique, with the assistance of SPSS 26. The research data analysis results obtained a correlation value of 0.136 between the hedonistic lifestyle and consumptive behavior in purchasing cosmetics at SMP Nasima Semarang, with the highest significant value of 0.000, thus accepting the hypothesis. The effective contribution of the hedonistic lifestyle to consumptive behavior is 72.1%, while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of Field Force employees at PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA Semarang. The sample for this research was the PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA field force team in Semarang and its surroundings, namely 91 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses Spearman Correlation. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance as indicated by the correlation value rs = +0.410 with significance = 0.000 (p < 5%). This research also shows that there is no difference in performance between male and female employees as indicated by sig = 0.365 (p > 5%) but on the contrary there is a difference in job satisfaction between male and female employees as indicated by sig = 0.011 (p < 5%) where male employees show higher job satisfaction than female employees, especially in the field force. Apart from that, the results of this study also found that there was no relationship between length of service and employee work placement with the level of performance and job satisfaction felt with sig. > 5%.
