Abstract

Discipline is the most important thing that must be owned by an employee, one of the factors that influence work discipline is organizational commitment. Therefore this study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline in members of the Police Logistics Bureau of the Central Java Regional Police. The sample used was members of the Logistics Bureau of the Central Java Regional Police, totaling 200 people. The sampling technique used is incidental random sampling technique. The data analysis used is Spearman's correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a very significant relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline in members of the Police Logistics Bureau of the Central Java Regional Police. This is shown from the value of the coefficient σ = 0.619 with a significance = 0.000 (p <0.01) which means that there is a very significant relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline which is shown from a significance value of <1%, and this means that the hypothesis submitted is acceptable. The magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on work discipline in members of the Logistics Bureau of the Central Java Regional Police is shown from the value of the coefficient of determination R2 = 38%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah ditemukan hubungan antara self efficacy dengan flow akademik pembelajaran online pada siswa SMA Negeri 13 Semarang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 234 orang siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 13 sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan skala self efficacy dan flow akademik pembelajaran online yang disusun berdasarkan aspek kedua variabel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman-rho yang tergolong ke dalam statistik nonparametrik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan diterimanya hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu ada hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan flow akademik pembelajaran online pada siswa SMA Negeri 13 Semarang, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy yang dimiliki siswa maka semakin tinggi pula flow akademik yang dialami selama mengikuti pembelaran online. Kesimpulan tersebut diambil berdasarkan pada pengamatan hasil uji korelasi Spearman-rho yang menunjukkan adanya nilai ρ = 0,511 dengan signifikansi = 0,000 (p < 0,01). Sumbangan efektif variabel self efficacy terhadap flow akademik pembelajaran online siswa Kelas X SMAN 13 Semarang sebesar 35%, sisanya 65% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Penelitian ini memilki kelemahan, yaitu masih adanya kemungkinan pengaruh social desirability pada instrumen mengumpulan data.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between family social support and the psychological well-being of prisoners at the Dittahti Regional Police Detention Center Java. The sample used was 85 prison inmates. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis used is the non-parametric Spearman-rho correlation test. The psychological well-being variable is measured using a Likert scale based on Ryff's theory. Variable aspects of psychological well-being include self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life dan personal growth. The social support variable was measured using a Likert scale based on Sarafini and Smith's theory with aspects of emotional or esteem support, tangible or instrumental, informative support, and companionship support. Based on the research results, a coefficient of 0.912 was obtained with a significance level of 0.00 or meaning p < 0.01. This means that there is a positive relationship between family social support and psychological well-being in prisoners at the Dittahti Regional Police of Central Java detention center. The family social support variable has an effective contribution of 83.8% to the respondent's psychological well-being variable. The level of psychological well-being of 56.5% of respondents was classified as high, while 43.5% of respondents were classified as moderate.
